It is on the main road easy to reach. All most all Electronics goods available and displayed neatly. Shop is very clean and spacious. All preventive measures against Covid 19 is taken. Out of 2 Telephone No.s displayed in their printed Bill, one is out dated. But it seems they take no care. We cant say that all the staff are well trained

Sales persons are very humble and Knowledged. What ever we asked They are explaining very Softly and Genuinely. Limited brands are there, they need to add more brands..

Really well organized store with very helpful staff at every section taking time to explain and clarify all our queries and doubts no matter what and they take time to even introduce the different features and the offers available!!

Today (I4/08/21) I had a worst purchase experience with reliance digital, salai road branch in billing service. I ordered led tv, they suggested extended warranty cover plus installment options which provides added benefit of no cost emi & cashback credit 10% after 3months of installment. Atlast they billed the invoice through handy app, where they mentioned manual calculation, which leads to wrong invoice amount, they corrected invoice twice after cancellation..but final invoice also doesnt have proper price break up.i asked commercial invoice and they provided payment voucher..they dont even know the difference between of those docs.. really felt bad service experience with reliance digital.. request the company to improve service experience.

Worst shop. Worst service. Not communicating properly with the customers. Dont buy in any offers because the product will be waste. I bought my lap during Diwali offer but the laptop went for service nearly 5times within a year and the earbuds they gave for free doesnt work after 5months.If you want to purchase any product, buy directly from brands not from any worst retailers,because they wont consider your problems even if you purchase from them. They simply ask to deal with the brand.

As a worst place to purchase products. Employee s more concentrate and looking only in billing section. Employee didnt much enough product knowledge. They have very few product in the store ,their response is covid-19 Corona. Price is always high,their reason is as per system its took. Better before reach the store call and confirm the purchasing product and price, otherwise waste of time to visit this place.

Worst customer service... There is a sales guy in refrigerator section, who is not a customer friendly...He shouted to us because we planned to bill our refrigerator bill via jio showroom... For that I should clarify one thing, every customer will always focus on their own profit only... If you dont want to bill via jio showroom you should control it instead of shouting to customers will not help... I have planned to buy a refrigerator and AC by next week, because of that guy I changed my mind... Worst salespersons....

I bought a 1.5ton loyyod Ac in your thiilai Nagar relaince digital showroom.. it was only two months.. there was some problem so I registered a complaint.. AC service engineer behaviour is not satisfied.. within the warranty period he is asking amount for service and he doesnt respond to my question.. there was a arugument between us finally he says THAT HE KNOWS HOW TO TALK WITH RELAINCE AND HE WILL REGISTER FALSE STATEMENT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IN THE RELAINCE.. he knows how to console reliance.. MAIN FOCUS OF HIM IS TO RECEIVE MONEY..Honestly Im saying that Im not happy with purchasing product in your reliance digital..I suggested many of my neighbours to purchase products in reliance but now Im feeling bad of suggesting..Reliance not having their own technicians to take immediate action whereas delear has their own technicians.. in the emergency case its not helpful.. please consider this matter in favour of customers.
