IF SUPPLYCO WANTS TO GROW AS NUMBER ONEIN THEIR FIELD ,THEYSHOULD TREATCUSTOMER AS KING. THEY SHOULD BE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I HOPE THEY LEARN THE BASICS OF SALES AND MARKETING. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE ANOTHER DISASTER LIKE KSRTC. MAY GOD HELP THEM.
