Good experience from Doc & Mark ,Selex mall Thrissur. Visited this showroom several times , great service from the salesman. Also as everyone knows their products are of great quality and comfort.

Very Poor customer support.. not even sharing the phone number of customer care. given email ID but no response for the mail even after so many reminders for weeksProducts fails just after 3 months warranty

I just had a terrible experience here,I had purchased a belt of Rs 1150 12 days back and I used it for a period of 10 days, the b lt is showing some quality issues and the lether is getting torn off, I had taken it to the shop and the way the sales person attends me is really terrific and he was telling me that doc and Marc doesnt consider belt as their premium produnct and the warranty is applicable only for products like shoes...for me spending me Rs.1150 and getting a low quality product is disgusting.Am using this brand more than 6 years , it was very bad experience for me and sales person here is not at all fit for a brand like this.

The staff at the store were very helpful and cooperative. They have a vast collection of leather items. I had a good experience shopping there.

Had a bad customer service related to a product purchased within 12 days , the attitude of staff towards customers after purchase is really bad .Am using this product since few years I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
