Ideal place to pray. I wont call it a tourist site because the presence of Mother marry will be felt inside the church. As our Mother herself is our arch of covenent, its an ideal place to meditate our lord through the eyes of his immaculate mother. Basilica has its own importance in church structure and order.But bible tower is a must visit for tourists and it gives nice view of the city.

It can be said as the prominent church in Thrissur and is a major tourist destination in Kerala. I loved its construction with 3 major hallways. One of them is a major one, where the other two on the sides are narrow ones. It has an underground passage next to the main altar where believers go and pray to the deity. Its said to be a very calm place to have spiritual awakening.Most of the Christians in Kerala would like to visit this Church atleast once in their lifetime. Church festivals associated with are one of its kind over here. The major one falls in September 15 every year which is associated with Mother Mary. All people who visits there will get free food on that day.The roof of the church is somewhat arch shaped and domes here and there. Glass and other paintings are good for eyes. It has large portrayals of apostles, saints and other characters associated with Christianity.There is a Biblical Tower which is said to be the Tallest church tower in Asia and obviously India. You have a great view of the entire town from there. Dont miss Thrissur, The Beauty! It has a great deal of artworks in paper, glass, wood and many more. It is cool to have a look at it once in your life.I totally appreciate the works done by artists from different parts of the world. Major ones are based on Bible and life Saga of the character Jesus Christ. Though intended for Christ believers, it can turn into an amusement for others too.

The church is magnificent with its architecture, it has parking facility both front and back. It has a bible tower museum, loacted at the back of the church. There is an adoration chapel inside the church. The church attracts large crowds, especially on fridays. One thing that it lacks is a proper washrooms for people, the current one situated is not only outside the church but also without proper buckets.

Well I get all answers and solutions to all my problems. Just sit and place your self in front of Our lady.

If you are a tourist Bible tower is the main attraction.there is no better location to view this amazing town than Bible tower.its 20+ floors above .a lift is provided to the top and you have to climb down of your own.lift is provided but need to pay extra for the service. The church is open for all and its quite peaceful inside .

Construction wise its more spacious and big structure. Superb maintenance. But when its seems to be Basicilica, somewhat expectation has failed. But good location for devotional and prayer. Its really watchable once in life.

A beautiful and marvelous place to visit. Theres a small museum inside the church in the tower. You can go all the way upto the dome of that tower and have a very good view of all of thrissur. Once get on thw topmist point a constant, relaxing and a beautiful breeze will be there which makes the place even better.

We cannot see the view from the top most floor.. it is inaccessible.. we could see through the second toppest floor..lift facility is available to go up but we have to step down the entire 24 floors on foot.

Amazing ambience to pray both in the church and in the full time adoration chapel behind the altar.The church has a very good architecture has both the mix of old and new architecture. The statue of Jesus laying in the arms of Virgin Mother Mary is a great marvel. The T shaped architecture helps more people to fit in. The Bible tower in the back is a must visit as it has very nice artwork and also provides an excellent view of Thrissur.

One must visit this Church if u r coming to Thrissur. Its amidst the town and still the most relaxing place. Regardless of religion one can enjoy the peace that this space gives you.

One of the famous church . Its right in town. Holy mass, Confessions, Adoring chapel, etc..The parking space is less . Sometimes traffic is an issue.
