The first point about the hotel is that as it says in its name it does not have any present tie up with Oyo....as Oyo is not been able to pay them their Rent they do not have any further tie up with them...the hotel is near the KSRTC and the railway station...easy to reach and easy to leave...but the hotel parking facility provided is not so easy to reach... 5 seater vehicle will be having a tough time to reach the parking lot..the harder part is to get your vehicle from the parking lot....it is provided in the basement..and the way to the basement is very narrow...many vehicles have made their mark by getting scratched from the wall from the basement...the standard price is around ₹2000 for a std double room..the rooms are comfortable..as so is the bathroom facilities... extra bed charges are around ₹500... The lift service may not work frequently from the travel from top to bottom...the food is provided there it self but little costly..the overall experience of the respective hotel Is alright..

Best stay, Rooms are clean and spacious. Apart from the small parking space, all is fine. In the Kuruppam road, near Thekkinkadu Maidanam, good to stay during Thrissur Pooram

The worst hotel I ever seen. Booked thtough Goibibo and they denied the check in. They demands additional money for checkin. The reception boy replied sarcasticlly makes me more irritate. I wont recommend this greedy hotel to anyone. If you have any enemity to someone, please suggest it to thrm. WORST EVER!!!!

The experience in the reception was rather troublesome. Looks like they were not informed and not ready to receive guests. They called main facility to confirm. Both room size was big. However, one room was modern and neatly arranged with 32 flat screen TV on the wall. Others other room was not up to the decent mark. After entering the room felt like dusty, a stinky smell if its not cleaned for long time. There was a small CRT TV from 80s may be. Bathroom was clean but a lot to upgrade asthetic wise. Water was gushing out from the leakage in the pipe that connects to the handheld faucet in the toilet. The management shouldnt​ offer that room to guests. Plus the guy in the reception confirmed twice even before entering the room that we will be vacating by next afternoon.

Good hotel to stay in Trichur, very near to Railway Station & KSRTC Bus Stand

The hotel is situated near westlife. There is some difficulty to locate the hotel. The rooms where good with all the facilities. Rates are also considerable. But the service and quality of food is bad so I am giving 3star.

HORRIBLE STAFF!WE SAW THE RECEPTIONIST MISBEHAVING TO A LADY CUSTOMER!!ITS NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY .We had to leave the residency seeing these incidents!!.They dont give the room that they say they would give!And they dont follow up with the OYO APPA too!.

Rooms were not good, Damage on the sliding glass window, no geezer in bathroom, when requested for hot water took more than 20 minutes to supply

Oyo ayo experienceThe advantage of booking OYO rooms through Goibibo is that you can use both helplines in case of check-in problem. But what if the hotel owner insists on not paying?Pearl Residency on Kuruppam Road, Thrissur is booked through Goibibo. It was a property belonging to Oyo. 902 for an ac room. As usual, I paid online. The person at the reception says that only bookings above 1500 will be given when you go to check in. Heres free advice on how to cancel a room.Issues like this have been seen many times as posts in the group. His own experience is first and foremost. Called the helpline number. Goibibo contacted the hotel but was adamant that they would not pay. Although I lost some time, within 15 minutes Goibibo transferred my stay to the nearest Ammus Regency. Room with higher tariff was provided as compensation.My suspicion is this .. If they only take bookings with a tariff above 1500, why do Pearl Residency keep their booking in OYO? Why waste passenger time? Why does OYO not see a sustainable solution despite the constant problems?
