I have purchased Soft Ride Sandals at Puma Thrissur on 6th of Mar 21 when I was at thrissur , my foot size mostly wont be available in most of stores as its 6, so I went for available size 7 and after I went home felt that its not much comfortable, called up store to know if they can arrange me 6 and they promise me that they can make arrangement. Since I know my size is little rare I didnt have hope, gave them the address where I reside which is near Chennai, Kadambattur , they said it would be couriered. I called up in all the leading malls at chennai if they have the size so that if I get to know, I can tell the thrissur store so that they can follow up internally but unfortunately none of the store had my size and thought I wont be getting it and lost the hope. By 12th Mar I got call from thrissur store that its available in Bangalore and it would sent to me once they receive it. I came back to my place kadambathur by 13th Mar. I got call again from store that they received it on 16th Mar and couriered to my place same day. I have received my parcel today and I am very much Happy to get my size.I give full start rating for the excellent service, regular follow up by all the staffs of Thrissur Puma store, especially (Mr. Jishilnath). Continue your service and I personally recommend everyone one of you to try this store who gives value for customers. I really appreciate as even though the sale is over they followed up and made sure I get my correct size at my location.

Worst Customer service. I brought a Ferrari Replica PU Backpack on 18th of August, Got the confirmation on purchase. After one week on 25th August, the order was cancelled due to out of stock. It took one week for them to recognize that the Item was out of stock, while I was waiting all the time.

The only PUMA outlet in thrissur. They have discount sales during December-January and April-June, and offer upto 50% flat discounts.
