Irresponsible team...I went there for taking reports for blood group, BP, Pulse rate, CBC, ECG. I asked in the previous day about the time and all details need to follow before coming the tests to avoid any delay or trouble. But on testing time they informed doctors approval is not available with ECG report. Then as they informed me, i was waiting for the report by mail. But I didnt get it through mail then I downloaded from their website... But the pulse rate report was not available..These things are showing their responsibility on the customers....
