After long long time, I met quite good opticians at good service, Ms Afeena was great, good attitude, overall experience was good, experienced persons will spot on the point.. Other staff members also co operative, suggestions to bring more frame collections.. COVID protocols was maintained. Thanks once again and definitely recommend.. 👍👍👌👌..

Website showing 7 pm we reached there at 5 :45 but they told they will close at 6 pm so they cant offer services to us . happened just now 11th aug 2021

Extremely good staffs. Ive been to many lenskart shops but these staffs are really generous. They know how to handle the customers and make sure they come back the same shop.

Its lot crowded and I waited mor then 20 minutes in the shop still I was in que . Staff is good in nature but short of staff for this much crowd and shop itself cant handle this crowd

I would like to share my overall experience with this store especially optometrist Ms Afeena, Why because my frst purchase was done i think 4 month back, I have checked my eyes from raihan hospital which is near to me. And i get to know i have some power, ok then i went to lenskart looking for frames actually there was no enough collection, then ms afeena helped me in selecting the frames. And she agin done an eyetest, initially i feel it was a lot, her testing later she explained that the power wat i got from hospital was wrong i didnt believed it then she showed me the difference between the power from hospital and her findings, actually we are trusting on hospitals always but it was an eye opener for me. I was so happy with the eyetestg and even the glasses but my one frame was bit loose and not siting properly she made it correctly, i was happy with that. my second vist was with my brother agin i got tested my brother eye from simon eye hospital we have to consult a pediatric doctors for him and again she rechecked it again there was a big mistake in the power optometrist Afeena she was very good in eye checking.We are trusting more on hospitals and dr actually but this was an eye opener to meFrom that day onwRds i have big trust on lenskart optometrist, Especially Ms Afeena she is the senior oneNow i am recommending lenskart to my friend for eye check up.Recently i visited the storw along with my friends. Good option to buy Specs. Cheap and best compared to other stores and brand. Quality of the specs are very good. I bought 2 from Kunnamkulam shop and other 4 from online. All are good and good experience.

The chief optometrist RAMLATH greated me with a smile when enterd a ..she is a good candidate as professional optometrist and she got high interpersonal skills dealing with costmer apart from she is a pleasing person

Friendly staff no need to come here to order because you wont get it from there directly on the same day. Their warehouse is at delhi so items will be shipped from delhi to their store but its better to visit there and see what you see from the site
