They have an assembling area right behind the store where they will fit in our customized accessories the way it needs to be. Very supportive and friendly approach by all the executives, especially Dominic who suggests out of the box ideas for those who doesnt have much expertise in alterations. Will definitely visit again.Suggestions: Please provide some discount to the products already available in the market, say helmets which will attract more customers for sure.

Installed RE Meteor 350 Dodger Handle Riser in my stealer blue. Excellent comfort and control. Quality is number 1 high grade aluminum.Value for money. I simply enjoying my riding now. If you are thinking for original thunderbird handle bar replacement ( which is also comfortable but the main problem arising is stretching of the clutch wire and accelerator wire) but here in dodger Handle bar riser its simply wow..as I tried both.

Recently visited bandidos and bought SMK helmet, Rynox L2 glows for my friend. We almost spend 40mnts to finalise a helmet, the guy who attend ous is so patient and helpful to find a perfect fit. I think SMK is really good in a medium range of helmets. I am waiting for a new Royal Enfield Meteor to be delivered to me soon in the U.K. I decided that I did not want a top box on the new bike and would use panniers instead. I found the Bandidos shop on the internet and liked the look of their pannier racks.After getting an account set up and new stock being available I put in an order. The pannier racks arrived a couple of days ago. They were extremely well packed and look very well made. I cannot wait for the new Enfield to arrive so that I can fit them.

I am giving my review based on my experience with your store in Trichur ( Pookunam) 2nd Oct 2021, unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had.On 2 Oct 2021, I went to your shop and was about to purchase bike accessories worth 12K. I had to to replace a helmet which I had purchased from very same shop a few weeks before (unused with original packing , Bill - worth 2.5K). I had come to the shop wearing another helmet. (I just want to highlight the fact that the helmet which I wanted to replace was an unused one)First I had a chat with sales persons and they were quite friendly and was in the process of making payment for next set of accessories ( mentioned above). But when helmet matter came up, all went downhill. If the store manager had politely told me that replacing the helmet albeit being unused was not possible, I would have agreed to that. But he were downright arrogant and rude , having no clue about customer service, even when I was about to spend around 12K in the very same shop.If this is the way they react before a 12K sale, then how much arrogance and attitude would I have to face in case I had to go back to them for any issues regarding the accessories.Not only you lost a good customer but rather than that I lost trust in your brand. Please give some basic traing to your customer service manager, atleast How to say No in a better way
