Bought few flavours. The sales boys should be more clear with ingredients.We asked for a chocolate sundae and he gave us something predominant in vanilla flavour,with some chocolate syrup here and there.Otherwise quality wise its always good.The selection range has come down drastically. There used to be sugar free range. Now its not available.May due to the pandemic.Quick service. Clean environment. 👍In short its always a pleasure to have anice cream from BR 🍨🍦 ❤️

Very good choice for ice cream. A lot of variety ice cream range. Sitting space is limited. Nice service. Little parking option in front of the shop. Four-wheelers need to struggle for parking. My first and last visit to the store. They mention something in the menu card and charge much higher than that . With the price of a small cup scoop you could buy a family pack from AMUL.

Really pathetic and substandard service. An example of how a global brand can get their reputation spoiled around a single franchisee. Never had been into an outlet like this before and never will encounter one ever again. Had been a huge fan of their donuts since 2008 and been a customer ever since. There should be guidelines on how to keep a clean and warm conversation with the customers when an outlet is authorised from the brand. Just a little bit of time spent there spoiled the entire days enjoyment.Post a note if it is hard to welcome a customer or deal with them. It will save time and effort for both parties.Two stars for the brand 2/2 - none for the outlet 0/3.Look for an alternative, or get to the next outlet.

Eventhough most of the flavours are available, they are not interested to sell prepacked ice cream for delivery, rather they prefer packing of ice cream kept open. Staffs are unawre or reluctant to disclose the offers. Average experience.

Very bad customer service experience I had today when I went with my family ( including kids). So I left without getting ice cream. The staff present there was very arrogant to the customers. First teach your staffs to behave properly to customers.....

Nice spacious ice-cream parlour with the brand name of Baskin Robin. The name says it all, an international brand with good taste as well as quality. Varieties of flavour to choose from and they have their own mixing which is really awesome. They also have varieties of ice cream cakes which I have to specially mention. Staffs were good and very helpful. Parking is bit of an issue as we need to keep the car on roadside. Otherwise a must visit with family and friends to taste mouth watering ice creams.

This not baskin Robbins this just time waste basket.when you go there and select one flavor Im so sure that it is out of stock .you wont get waffers. And you have to go for small cup size ice-cream.the man working there is not interested in doing business. Worst Baskin Robbins outlet in India as well as US.

Almost all of the ice cream flavors were empty when I visited and the person in charge showed no interest to sell. I am hoping this is due to the covid 19 times and will revisit in a hopew that I can change my review :)

One of the best ice creams money can buy. All usual culprits are available here with super toppings. Seating is also plenty. Only problem is that their is no proper parking. Be prepared to park on the roadside.

The place for icecream lovers..so many varieties and I love to have it in the choco fudge dipped cone..my favorite flavour is the Mississippi mud..the Bavarian ice cream cake takes me out of the world..

Very less quantity and too much rate...I have ordered 700ml and athe packet contains only half of it..seems 400ml only...please improve the quantity upto the paid amount
