Dont be fooled by the infrastructure or the negative comments. Very friendly and helpful staff and management. Fixed the issue with my recovery within just 4 days, quick and efficient. If you have a problem with any laptop or pc, you dont need to think twice. Theyll have it fixed for you in no time.

Technicians are poor skilled, dont go there. They will ruin your laptop...

Poor and pathetic service without any commitment or manners. Committed to repair within 7-10 days. After 15 days, when I called them to know if it was repaired, they said it was not repaired and will call back within 2 days. I didn’t receive any calls and after another 5 days again I called them to know the status. Again they said will call within 2 days. After 2 days as expected no one called and again I had to call them and finally they said that they can’t repair and I can collect my netbook from them before 6’o clock. This is the authorized dealer of Acer in thrissur and this is the experience from only authorized dealer in Thrissur.

Had a good experience. Got warranty support for my laptop. Received the fixed laptop within 2 days. :)
