Have given my new laptop here for repair as few key were not working and they told to replace the entire keypad. After replacing for 2000, in a week its again not working and when i went there they told me that nothing can be done and to use an external keyboar d. Very dissapointed

I had beat 2012 which shows missing I had to take it to all the mechanic and they could not solve the problem. Then i was so desp that I had the wrong vechile then I got to know pine info system .they helped me to identity the problem of the car and changed 2 sensor where changed and my car is now good as new. I went to their shop regarding a fault with my laptop. It shut automatically whenever the charger was plugged in. As it was probably an internal problem, the person asked me to keep the laptop there for a day and come the next day. The next day, I get a call from the shop telling me that the problem was with the keyboard. Perplexed with how a shutting problem could be caused by the keyboard, I asked them about it and also told them that when I had inquired at the company service center (Dell) they had told me the motherboard might be faulty. The person at the other end of the call, in a belittling tone, ascertains that the keyboard was at fault as they had opened the laptop and checked it fully. I had nothing to say back. I had to consent with changing the keyboard. The laptop issue was affecting my work a lot.I went to the shop the same day to get my laptop. I again put forward my doubts. The person who was at the desk told me they had dusted the insides, fixed some loose connections in the motherboard and replaced the faulty keyboard. One thing I forgot to add, my keyboard was working very well. Nice clicks, typed everything. While I am no hardware expert, I can say with surety that the shop knew that the repair was a small one and could be easily done and the only scapegoat they could find in my laptop was the keyboard. And if I may add they skillfully slammed a trashy keyboard on which I am writing this.They charged me Rs 1800. They gave me a Rs 200 discount apparently as I was a student.The service was good. Maybe not excellent but satisfactory. Thus the ONE star but the way they made me a bonehead, I give them FIVE stars for it. The next time I am there Ill delivery the chocolate.I was a fool and fell hard. I urge others to look learn the problem about your system properly. Inquire about what stuff they are gonna put up on it as repair. Dont be a fool like me. Thats all I have to say.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They are not professionals, only dialogues they can make. I went there first time with one pcm regarding injector issue, they repaired and return back to me, I fixed it in car but same concern was there, then they said lot of excuses that they need to keep the car there, need to check wiring etc. Finally they said they will try another pcm . any way I agreed and done what ever they demanded. At first the amount was 3300, then finally it became 9500.Second case, regarding my laptop issue, the same way they handled it, replacing one item first, then another, finally I received the laptop and I cant sign in to my gmail , because the key for letter T& Y not working at all after their repair, I called him and informed this, the owner of this shop says need to replace the key board!!Please dont take a chance by approaching them....

Very poor behavior from their side. Their service may or maynot be good but, very bad customer relationship. They are not paying attention to the customer words. If we ask any related questions they try to get away from it and try to make us fool. In my opinion this is not a good place in thrissur for laptop service. A lot of other good service centers are there in thrissur.
