Good and well experienced doctors , Sisters on Corona ward doing perfect service, most of the depatments also there, but they dont have time to treat the patients on right time, thats a big issue I found on this hospital, I got the CT scan report after 4 days 😀, prescribed medicine after 12 hours... , big quee on canteen, pharmacy without social distance even on corona time. 3 patience standing at a time on doctors OP room no privacy...

Services provided by the doctors and nurses are superb. But we had the worst experience with the customer service.They arent listening to the customer. Put off the phone frequently..couldnt even book the appointment for the doctor.Im not writing this review to degrade their facility. But to tacke care of the customers need too..

Our experience at JMMH has been truly memorable. My son got his CLEFT LIP repaired and the total duration of stay was 10days.The service and care given were unparalleled, starting with the admission process, pre-surgical formalities, the attention and care given by the staff at the Surgical ICU, even the simple smile given by the parking assistants and the sweepers cherishes your experience.The post surgery result has left my family elated, overjoyed and very grateful to the Cleft Lip and Palate dept aka Charles Pinto dept.Must also make a special mention of the canteen which serves really hygienic and tasty food.I wish the administration the very best and kudos for doing such an amazing work.God bless.

Jubilee Mission is being very lethargic in its services towards the patients. My grandmother is admitted here and for the last 3 days they have been waiting without discharging her. First their excuse was that a blood test report had not arrived, then they said we have to wait for the concerned doctor who did not even show up for two days and yesterday without coming to the room, he said he would prescribe 2 weeks medicine and then to come and see him. They couldn’t say this for the last two days? And yesterday we were told that she would be discharged today and we have waiting since morning now. It’s already 3:30 and she still hasn’t been discharged. We paid all our bills pending till yesterday. Only the bills of today and yesterday is pending which they can’t find the time to prepare. There are visibly no patients here. There is absolutely no rush today. I understand they’re doing this to cash in today’s room charges as well, which is fine with us. Take that money too. It doesn’t make a difference now. But spare us this pain of waiting around. Covid tensions are high and we do not want to wait around at the hospital like this. Take the money and settle the bills. That’s all they have to do. And yet it’s not happening. Such a sad state of a hospital.

The services of very good doctors are here. Jubilee Mission Hospital is one of the largest private medical colleges in Thrissur. There are services where you can contact the hospital for information on fees and treatment. My mother had been treated here for cerebrovascular accident (CVA or stroke)about. We received good support and treatment from the hospital.

Please stay away from this hospital and especially St.Joseph building. The staff over there has zero professional ethics. Their moto is to just keep us wait for no reason. My sister who is in her early third trimester had a pain in the night and took her to the casualty around by 9pm. The whole admission process is dead slow. After keeping us wait for an hour (for antigen results), they finally given her a tablet and the pain has come down in sometime. Then casualty doc asked to us to get a scan. The waiting started.After few hours, the scan got done and again we started waiting for an update. After enquiring, we got an update by 1pm that Doctor is not available as he is sleeping. After an hour, finally scan report is checked by doc. All these while, my sister was in a observation room with other few patients atleast for 6 hours. During this pandemic time, they are least bothered about safety and health of a pregnant lady. Doctor said nothing to worry in the scan results. but better to get admitted. We said since she is better now, we will go home and if required we will return. But doctor asked us to get admitted. Since he insisted and to avoid any risk we decided to stay (that was a very bad decision).Around by 3.30 am, she finally got a single room. The room is from the time of Jesus.The bystander bed is an old model with running iron rods. We cant even think of sleeping on it and had to put the mattress on the ground to get some sleep. It was a horrible night. But unfortunately the next day morning also had different plan for us.After waiting for hours, finally by 11am the doctor has come and prescribed to get another scan for safer side and also the previous scan was done by a junior doctor. (Such a lame excuse). Whatever, we decided to get the scan done. The waiting again started. Around by 2.30pm the second scan is done. And waiting started for scan results. We waited till 6pm. No doctor, No results, No updates has came to us. Meanwhile every half n hour we were reminding the nurses about us, but they pretented they are super busy.Finally by 7 pm we lost all our patience and decided to Go. Again we went to nurses for an update, they said they have other patients to take care and they dont have time to attend us. Then we said we are leaving.But they were least bothered. We then went to front-desk and talked about the situation. They agreed the slowness and attitude issues of the staff there in the St.Thomas building. They even apologized. They said we can collect the discharge report in two days from the billing counter. We then cleared all the due amount and we came out from hospital by 8pm.The tragic irony is that bystander needs to get the antigen tested. But the delivery ward building is open for public. Anybody can visit. Theres no restriction at all. The crowd is un-imaginable during the day.We had such a horrible experience from this hospital. Better to stay away from this hospital and the so called St.

Doctors treated me very badly and also harassed me very much. Now im in a condition which im forced to replace my hip becoz of the treatment from this hell hospital. All they need is money. My friend lost his father also from this hospital.

The old alphonsa blok was too u celaned and very very older . Pls try to rebuiled the session. Patience are not acceptble in that section. Not hygiene a hospital must wanted hygiene that is more important tha everything.They were take too days for diagnosis the patient for discharge. Patient authority relationship is too bad.Management staff not patient frienly they were very adoment. Pls be try to improve or change this all feedback.

Went there for an emergency consultation. Doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful. Few exceptions were there. Its the basic law of universe 😉 So never mind it. Bills were less compared to other multi speciality hospitals. But in pharmacy(near to labor ward) it took too much time. Actually they are very slow functioning. Even if less people were there in the queue. Dont know why, may be because its a sunday. And parking area is open. If your get a space under shade you are lucky. And you can try buying lottery 😁

Specialized in poison cases in Thrissur district.Every hospital has its own speciality,they are known for curing poison cases,like snake bites and such kind.Great doctor really live savior.I have been there once, hence the experience was good.The sisters doctors they will make everything clear to us the conditions ,good care.

The hospital has a very poor management system. If youre going in with any disease, no matter how serious it is, theyre just gonna sway around and do things at their comfort and time. You just got to wait, wait and wait, with all your discomforts, pain, seriousness of your condition or whatever. They just take their time to come n see you, write down your tests, send you to test, wait for the result, wait again and slowly write the prescription, then they may even decide to admit you. And after all the treatment, you will have to wait for a whole day again for just getting your discharge bills ready. We waited only because Im a doctor myself and i respected the doctor who treated me.

Dear Hospital,Why you are not letting people to see patient in ICU at least once in a day.. We are standing outside of ICU after Corona test. We are agreed it is not good to enter ICU, but through window curtain we can see na. Believing you we are running to you in case of emergency... You says reason Corona.. But same time you are walking with patients one building to another building for tests, that time hundreds of people passing very near of patient.. So please give us a chance daily to see our loved person who are in ICU, we know you cares well but seeing always better than hearing..Thanks

Worst pathology and radiology department. Test reports are critically delayed even for serious patients. When you get the test reports, doctors visiting time will be over and you will have to visit next day for the same problems. Handling the patients very unprofessionally. The good part is the experienced doctors.

This hospital is giving good treatment with not so expensive, I experienced two times that, once my mother got thyroid issue I visited this hospital from perinthalmanna, Doctors was very co operative and give good information. A disorganised mess. No use of appointments. Your token number doesnt give you any idea of your turn. You have to wait along with everyone else who have tokens and even people walking in without any prior booking. Hospital administrators dont give a damn about lost time and productivity of thousands of visitors. The staff are not friendly and the hygiene standards are very poor. No disposable sheets are used on stretchers and on x-ray tables or scanning beds and chairs. Its disgusting to see dirty cotton sheets and anyone used to good hygiene will struggle not to throw up.

Health of my family members are always safe in the hands of Jibilee Doctors. Very professional, experienced and friendly Doctors and staff members. Value for the money treatment.

First let me share a Quick Guide to newcomers as there are several Gates for this Hospital Building. For EMERGENCY CASUALTY goto Gate 3 and Exit via Gate 2. Parking is available near Gate 2 entrance.- Parking fee 10rs for 12hrs.- For PREGNANCY LABOUR Room its near GATE 7 (opp Church via Mannuthy road) where limited parking space is available.- Covid test is taken near Gate 2 and on Golden Jubilee block -1st floor.- INSURANCE CLAIM is on 1st Floor opposite to Casualty.- X-ray, Scan and LABS are behind the CASUALTY block. A small passage via CANTEEN you could reach there from Gate 3.- Out PATIENTS are treated on ST.THOMAS block near Gate 4&5.(Gate 4 closed). You can enter via Gate 5 and got ample parking space.- Outpatients need to come as early as 8am and need to get token from security personnel and wait for the token number display on waiting area and once number is called they will check basic details and will give another token for billing. You need to wait in queue and pay consultation fee by telling the Doctor name you are consulting.- BIG CANTEEN, CAFE is behind to the Golden Jubilee Block.- NEPHROLOGY, SKIN BURNS are on ST.GEORGE block.-PHARMACY is near the Gate 3 &7.Sharing my Reviews nowPROS:- Experienced Doctors and caring Nurses.- Janitors keep the rooms and corridors clean.- Bills n Charges are somewhat ok when compared to other Hospitals in THRISSUR.CONS:- Just 1 ATM MACHINE available near the CASUALTY Helpdesk Building. No other ATM available on the entire blocks.- Slow or poor co-ordination between Insurance team and Nurses of the specific departments.- Discharge Report and Final Bill is delayed And its is done late afternoon and if its cashless claim then you have to wait till 5:30 till the Insurance office closes. Typically the corporate insurance company takes 2 to 3 hours to verify the claim fund by which the Hospital insurance desk close their desk and we have to travel again - follow up next day for the completion of it.

Last week we had to go to this hospital for pulmonology consultation with Dr.SUPRIYA Adiyodi for my husband.we had loads of reports of his previous scans and tests.it said to have something which needed attention and followup.so we wanted to take a second opinion from a specialist doctor. Thats why we had to go this so called hospital.but the doctor was either not even ready to meet the patient nor to read the reports carefully.inspite of PPE and whatever can b worn, this doctor fear to pay attention to a medical report even.so pity on you.dont understand why she sits in OP even.just give patients a prior intimation that the doctor feels too much uncomfortable to consult op patients and so there will be no op until covid 19 is eradicated and in case of emergency please go to other hospitals dont ever come here.That will b really helpful. Feel ashamed of such unethical self centerd Docs.and one more thing dont ever try to justify this byCorona, &@$#$. Ther r good hospitals out there who takes care of patients well..
