PMR properties has cheated few people by showing a fake land which is not registered under PMR name in a place named irinjalakuda and also taken money as advance. Never believe guys!!..pradeep the owner of PMR is a man who runs business to cheat poor people.

PMR (pradeep) is a no one fraud. He got money as token advance from me for land which is registered in some others name. I am struggling so much to get my money back. Pls dont ever try to build ur dreams with PMR(pradeep). He ll screw u guys for sure.

Their price for land are very high . Their lands are extremely bad at avittathur plots . The lands they have are of very cheap and they are re selling it with big price. I think it’s not a value for money . This is my opinion and my experience. The land at myriad has no electricity , even there is no poles . Those who buy they have to face all that problems . When you visit their office first time they will treat like a gust but when you are at the edge of sale they will become real bargainer (kazutharapp) . The last thing is the rate will change on talking with executives (starting) and then it will change when we talk with owner.
