(Edited) The Service person who came 3rd time was so cooperative and patiently explained the issue and rectified the issue quickly ...July 25 2021Very bad service ..I have been waiting for my TV to get repaired for almost 1 month . They have not identified the proper problem yet Initially they said its a mother board issue now they say its power board issue ..We can understand the pandemic situation...But delay in receiving parts is kind of disappointment as nowadays we are receiving many online goods quiet fast .And till now the problem is not fixed. The Technician dont want to open my sony music system. It doesnt power on at least he can open and check fuse (may be it glow off)(I assume he is contract base Technician, he dont want to take risk) and he mentioned its needs to take to service center, for that another team will contact after four days now its more than 7days there has no team contact me to resolve my issue. This issue I were raised on 7 th may 2021 as far as all you know what is date today. Guys wake up if you dont want run.. your dealership were screwed soon.
During pandemic time they have repaired our led television. Ofcourse it takes longer time than usual for getting parts, they are updating us regularly and finally got the product.Thank you very much appreciated for hardeffort.

They know exactly what they are doing. Professional work. I think no commission for selling parts. So no unnecessary pushing products and services.
Total waste of time.. atleast they are not able to identify the problem.. if you dont have warrenty better to go for other good private service center..

My Sony Bravia TV is not been working since May .It is a brand new TV purchased last March. Service center people are not responding to get it repaired. TV is staring at us like a dummy TV without working

They were not able to find a solution and help us with the problem we had. But, at least they were well mannered about their incompetence I guess.
Seems to be a bit understaffed. But the existing staff work fast and are pretty resourceful when it comes to paperwork. I received my replacement product within a weeks time (A week cuz of Logistical reasons). Overall Im quite impressed with the service provided.

Also, the problem was attended to same day and process was seamless. Customer support team is very knowledgeable. Did a quick job of repairing my TV and reinstalling it.Very happy with their service.

My Sony KD-43X7002E smart TV was repaired here with minimal service charges when I registered a complaint to Sony India. The LED TV malfunctioned the very next day after its warranty period was over. Initially had a talk with the service people, and said it may cost between 15000 to 20000 for a panel change. Thus I contacted Sony India, We received full cooperation in solving the issue to our satisfaction. I especially appreciate the owner of this service centre, for personally calling me and discussing about the problem and his dedicated efforts to handle my complaint for SONY India.

I have recently visited this service centre to reinstall the device software due to software issue. I was very confident with software reinstall as the same issue happened earlier and reinstall could fix it. when i visited this service centre, they asked me to replace the battery which costs 1500rs, as i have technical background i was pretty sure that it was not battery issue. I contacted a local phone expert and he helped me to do reinstall and now the phone works fine. These people are misleading, and cheating. When i asked them to reinstall they said they cant and never gave me a satisfying reply or didnt properly explained the matter but did blah blah.
No response whenever calling them..

When I visited the shop, nobody at the front desk. And the clarifications is not that much enough from the staff.
Unsatisfactory Experience. Visited to repair my PS3. But they demanded expired warranty card & old bill. Since I didnt bother to keep them, they denied the service. Despite begging them to pay any money for repair cost, they said Sony Company policy demands old bill. Local centres cant help it. So my anger is towards the Sony companys bad policy.

Laid-back, lazy, irresponsible and unprofessional. Not eligible to be called a. Service center...no follow up, no customer service, even after going there personally not getting a satisfactory answer and no further updates from their side. This service centre at chiyyaram Thrissur is ruining the whole reputation of the Product Sony TV. The receptionist, front desk the first connecting link to the service center was itself a sour experience. Better they do a self evaluation of their performance.

For warranty services of PS4 there is only replacement and no repair, if you expired your warranty then you may handover to this service centre which in turn will forward this equipment to the company and on companys assessment of the faulty equipment you may get a new PS4 minus the cost of the old one.Certainly a bad idea when there are technical personnel available who can fix minor glitches.

Authorised service center of Sony in Thrissur district. Recently shifted to this place was previously at koorkenchery. Service center is on the first floor but lift facility available. Parking also available.
Horrible experience. Its not a service center, its a replacement center.Clueless technician not ready to listen. No services are done here.. they can only replace your product, for which they will bill u alot more than the actual MRP plus service cost.

Worst service!, Dont give any products to service here, went to repair my digital camera. It has been sitting there for a about 2 months. They never call back. I have been calling them every week. They will tell you that, they will call back but they wont. Then i had go to center and take the camera back since they have not done any thing. Its bit disappointing that Access Electronics is an authorized service center for sony. Iam giving it one star because i hate it.
