One of the decent buffets available in Thrissur.The staff behaviour was very good and friendly. The ambience was pleasing for a family dinner. Had good time with them.The food was okay. The buffet spread was wide, but lacked the taste. Food quality was good but not as yummy as it seems. Starters and main course were of wide and they had awesome desserts section. In which i just loved their American Tart,Which was really good. Rest were average.Altogether it was worth the price.

Variety of food items which includes Lulu special bamboo biriyani which I have tried more than 3 times... They also provides discounts for a group of people.... Delicious food and good staff.

Stayed almost one week in this hotel in the month of November. The room is clean and have good space also. The breakfast and dinner is normally buffet. The employee behaviour is normal only. They provide news paper on every day.

Best center for enjoying

The place is awesome,the food was good. We went for a ifthar party and the menu was not upto the mark. Several unnecessary items was there but comparing for the price range it was really alot and lot of stuffs. They charged Rs:40/- for a bottle of Aquafina mineral water which Rs:19/- was printed as MRP. That was the only problem and rest all was pretty good.

Good good. Reasonable buffet prices. Good mannered staff. And wonderful ambience. Nice for family dinners.

Excellent amenities in the room and very hospitable front office staff. Some of the Bongs working in housekeeping, give flimsy excuses for not getting additional stuff- in my case, extra pillows. Tried Sunday lunch buffet with the family. We were a group of 6 but could not find a table as space is limited. However, we managed to squeeze into one table. Food spread was good , a bit on the spicier side but tasty.

I went to visit this hotel without reservation today evening. Almost all the tables were empty with maybe 3 tables occupied. The staff said that wed have to wait for 30 minutes if we needed a table, although the place was basically empty. So thats the last time that Ill be visiting this place. I expected better customer service from a place as reputed as this. Really disappointed. 👎🏽👎🏽

Food is good. But service needs to be improvised.Had been here for a lunch.Ambiance: obviously beautiful and well maintained. Star hotels as usual doesnt offer spicy food, that hits our taste buds, which is why I didnt have high expectations but every food item starters and main course that i had here was bland...Payasam, milkshake and almost every dessert I tried here was delicious, thus a happy ending story for my tummy.

There is a Chinese ambiance in this place. Not an icecream parlor ambiance. Good customer service.

It is located inside the Lulu Convention Centre compound. The place has great food, but the price may be a bit on the higher side. It is not easily visible from the road, but is a regular haunt for people who know about it. Generally a good place to have food from.

Good, clean dining. Came here with a client from the middle East. He was already familiar with the Lulu group and was comfortable dining in this restaurant. The buffet was adequate and had a good spread. Great value for money and the cutlery and tables were very clean.

Booked 2 rooms. AC doesnt work. Kept @ 16 but room is super hot and had to use fan for sleep. Even a simple cooler will do better job. Same situation in both the rooms. That is terrible. Avoid booking room here if you are not only for specious room.No properBathroom amenities are not provided (shampoo) and provided half used shower gel and half used body lotion.

Visited on a Friday and they had buffet lunch so opted for it.good food and great service.the price was 419 inc tax.they didnt charge for my daughter.they had strawberry ice cream as part of buffet my daughter asked for vanila and chocolate ice cream and they provided the same. Buffet had three non veg option fish,chicken and goat.overall a pleasant experience. May be for the price they could add one more non veg option then this would be a great buffet

Not too hard to find or get into, facility was clean and very spacious. located in the festival district of the Kerala

Visited the place for the weekday buffet. Not a very pleasant experience. The best items were the gravy of the mutton varutharacha which tasted good with the naan & roti and the sambhar + rice + curd. That should speak volumes.The kung pao chicken was the biggest let down. Mainly bones and batter.The mutton chunks were rubbery.The Kerala preparations (avial + thoran) were just about ok.The next kill joy was the overtly sweet dessert.Some saving grace thanks to the fruit salad. But again, thats fruit salad.
