We have faced very bad experience from akshaya centre ayyantholeOne Lady staff who taking care all procedures there , received our application for Encumbrance Certificate on 18.08.2020. As i want to apply for a loan ,we applied it on urgent basis and they said it will take max of 7 days if applied on urgent basis.Its been 24 Days ,when we enquired over phone about EC with application number, they said you have to come along with application. When i told that, in this situation to come there and also its raining heavily but she persisted to comedown directly with the slip.She could advice me to get it from online if i have that much urgency.Then i checked in internet can i able to get the EC online i got the same and downloaded.So whatever the application whether it is urgent or not govt or authorised person has to feed her to know the update. I am not complaining it as my case a lot of aged people are there like me awaiting these kinds of documents for their survival purpose.

Poor service.There is a guy here who claims to be a BTech Eng and also has an LLB. He goes around bossing and praising himself. He says he is the IT Secretary of Thrissur district. He is probably the owner of the center. I came here multiple times. Once he tried to fool me saying that the e-district portal is not working. However the same was working in my phone. The fact is that there was an internet related issue. Please dont try to fool learned people. He even got angry at my brother.

Best Services. Many of the govt service can be done from here. Its worth than normal govt offices. Things get done easier and faster. Well knowledged workers.

Very busy centre better go to other centers

Some of the workers not know how to deal with ordinary people. Once you go here you will never go there again. They are proud of the fact that the government receives many benefits and certificates through Akshaya.I Went there once, because there is no date of birth in the Aadhaar card. The charge was Rs 250, It was not correct. At another Akshaya center, 10 km away, he paid Rs 60 and later fixed it.I recommend you go to another Akshaya Center if you can.

Its good enough to get the job done. Some staff are a little hot headed or having a bad attitude, may be due to pressure or stress but its cool. One staff shouldnt ruin the whole place

Very bad customer service the worst akshaya centre in kerala.The staff and one of a sir treat as we do some crimes if we enter there they behave us like criminals. So anybody dont go there........ air circulation is also poor.. they not eligible for 1star rating😤😤😤

The place is crowded and poorly ventilated office. No air conditioning. Its on the first floor and have to climb narrow steep stairs to reach the office. No way for differently abled people to reach up. But service is very good.

They are not even eligible for zero rating.. Very bad attitude & behaviour.. Shouting at the customers, most of them does not know the procedures when we go for correction they should have some courtesy to explain politely to the customers.. Before giving Akshaya centres Government has to teach & train them. Very bad service.. Gone thru the reviews all are very unhappy with the service of this centre.. Take action, change the agent.

I dont have more bad to say about them.....they are so......🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I would say its the worst akshaya e centre in India...mark my words

The arrogance of the lady who attends the call and deals with the public reminds the attitude of the government employees and bank officia(l a decade ago) ..A photo copy of a format for an application for Adhar is Rs. 5 where it is actually given free of cost.I wont go there again even if its the only option left out in Thrissur.

I would advise not to go here. The place is too crowded and one is forced to wait a long time to get ones work done. Moreover, the arrogant and rude attitude of the staff does not help one bit.

I went to apply Aadhaar for my son(Born in US Passport) here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Got his aadhaar approved within a week. Excellent service. :)Other Akshaya ecenters that I visited earlier, have scared me to go through a lot of unnecessary painful process).

Really bad experience... Akshaya center people were good and helpful..but never keep your slippers outside as there is a notice mentioning to keep slippers and chappals outside .. somebody stolen when i kept it outside ...either they should let people wear there sandals or else make some safe arrangements for visitors ...

The most terrific service by the staffs of Akshaya. They are ignorant and do not support the people who are visiting. The lady staffs are arrogant and fail to do their duties. I have never seen such pathetic people in my life. They behave as if they are some Queens of some country. Filthy people. I request the Kerala Government to please look into this matter immediately.

This center is located at Ayanthol , near civil station, Thrissur. When I reached there , really I felt disgraced with the attitude of their staffs . Their staffs should trained first about how to communicate with the customers. They are treating their customers as beggers instead of king.

Less space hence impossible to accommodate more people. It is on first floor with narrow stair case which may be a hardship for old people. The service is however satisfactpry.

Too many people crowded & poor customer care

Very bad experience. I think it is the same with all Akshay E centre bad customer service, faulty devices and untrained employees. Government should have thought once before they gave access to private firms to do our government documentation. But there is no point one has to go through Akshay to get things done so be patient and hope all you documents will be done in time.

Worst place ever..I.lost my 3 days class going to this place for aadhar and nothing happened.they were asking to bring other details all the time I go..really frustrated.they even made us stand on a long queue for half a day in this buring climate and no service was provided.and I went to another akshya center .they helped me in just a single day...
