I should say one of the worst restaurants in thrissur right now. Checked the availability of prawns biriyani and they said its available and asked me to wait 10 mins. It costed 263 rupees for me. I took it as parcel and came home. I could see the rice and masala was made seperately. There were very few prawns and was not properly marinated and cooked. I felt very unhappy with food. For the price of 263 it was waste. Couldnt eat the whole biriyani as taste was very unpleasant. For the long route people i suggest not to opt for pepper.

Verry bad food.. No cleanliness... All bengali staffs not clean and also not polite.. I ordered chicken biriyani and the chicken was harder than beef... So bad food..and when I gave feedback for the food, the cashier was not listening and the attitude was like giving free food.. The rate for chicken biriyani was 160rs but its not up to the standard for 50rs...also the plate which served was not clean and it was greesy and i used tissue paper to wipe it out.... I recomend not to go for this restaurant while looking exterior view...

Neat and clean place with good ambience. Staff are well behaved. We are ordered chicken fries rice, prawns biryani, paneer tikka masala, butter nan, prawns tandoori fry and grape juice. Food items are all very tasty. We really enjoyed the food. This restaurant have a dedicated parking lot for cars and motorcycles.

It was good hotel before not now. I think they dont have much staff. One pepper restaurant has been shut down, i think another will soon. The main problem is that no one really cares about customer satisfaction.

We have never had such a disappointing experience. We ordered food from this restaurant for 3 people and the quantity we received was not even enough for 1... Tasted really bad and the food was packed in such a horrible manner. Contacted a restaurant staff regarding this and he spoke to us in the cheapest manner ever possible, words filled with disrespect and he said we dont care what you or any customer thinks, we will keep doing the same. Please avoid this place if possible for your own good.

The service is good and the food is of decent to high quality. I moreover enjoyed the service and food. The food is more on the budget-expensive side but its a good place that Id recommend for a family to go to. Ill upload better pics soon.

We ordered Kadai chicken from this restaurant via Zomato for Rs.228/-. It took almost one hour to cover a distance of 10 km. And I know very well the delivery time is purely based on the representative. But I was really shocked after seeing the quantity of the food delivered. If the food was of worth for what we paid, I may not end up with posting this review here. Expecting quality and quantity for dishes. Not only for me, but whoever order from here at least show some ethics for what theyre paying!! Definitely money is not something which they get for free.

I had mutton biryani here, no taste, I got. Half lemon in it I dont know it is part of the food.The curd with onion I got is not curd at all it is a milk water. The parotta with butter chicken is good. Only thing I suggesting them is you must improve to make biryani.

So expensive comparing to the taste and quantity.

Got to taste the worst Kerala Parota you could find in Kerala. Parotas were pale white, under cooked, rubbery with all signs of never being even close to a flame.The gravy ordered was slimy. Mutton was better than the chicken. Garlic seasoning was great with the chicken lollipops.Staff werent the best you could get and never that concerned about the feedbacks.But why one star? Thats for the lone star of the dinner table, the cup of tea. They absolutely nailed it. Perfect strong Kerala tea. Faludas were not bad either.

Very nice restaurant by the side of Thrissur Kuttipuram road at Puzhakkal near Thrissur. The restaurant and clean. The ambience is great. Tables and chairs are very clean. Food served maintains good quality. The service is very nice. All staff are very polite and cordial. The prices are very reasonable. Nice place for having food with family

I was with my friend and we both loves chappathi and butter chicken combo very much. We are so tired and so that we ordered an orange juice with that. Being open, let me say that the butter chicken was very sweet and we felt like the cook has put too much sugar into that instead of putting some in the orange juice. Very bad experience. Never gonna there again by only seeing only the outer space of the restaurant.( Am not sure about the other dishes there 🙂)

Extremely poor service. The waiter didnt seem interested in taking our order or mentioning the dishes available.He behaved as if we were there for a free meal or a charity food. His attitude wasnt welcoming. Extremely sexist if I may add as we were a group of ladies including my mother and I noticed him mentioning all the dishes available to a group men.This is my second visit as my first experience was delightful. Would never visit or suggest this restaurant to anyone.

Food not good was too salty, quantity is less and fish was tasting old and burnt. Prawns curry quantity was very less 4 nos and charged heavy. Better to skip if possible.

The restaurant should atleast have some basic service quality and think about customers spending their hard earned money for quality food.Very bad experience. Ordered one full Alfahm(4 chicken and 4 kubbus) and paneer butter masala and porotta as take away and additional 2 kubbus also.But when I opens the order from home only additional kubbus is there. The taste of Alfahm is below average. Porotta and paneer butter masala is good.

Toady we had one fish curry meals and one chicken dum biriyani. Utter waste of money. First of all dum biriyani, either they dont know how to make or they are fooling us. No masala, no taste, not served hot. Then comes the fish curry meals, hopefully this is the worst meals i tasted from a decent restaurant. I don’t understand why people are crowded there to have food .. I strictly suggest not to choose this restaurant.....hope it helps

The food couldnt have been more worse than this. Tea wasnt served enough hot. Juice was 80% water atleast. But I am glad they gave so less quantity for such a huge price. Otherwise, I would have been even more disappointed at wasting food.

Worst experience ever.Huge price, bad service and quality of food was also poor.We ordered porotta and pepper chicken from there. Peper chicken was average and porotta was below average. But a good thing is the price was too high 🤣.We ordered a coffee and a lime juice before ordering our food but they cant provided them. Today went to this pepper restaurant for lunch at puzhakkal , Thrissur, Kerala. Ordered chicken chettinadu. While eating we started feeling a foul smell from chicken. Complained to the staff and some one seems as manager came and took away the dish. Later after 5 minutes returned to say that they verified it as edible. Me& my family was literally in shock. Hey guys, pepper restaurant has started serving this special rotten chicken chettinadu!!!. I told the guy that we can get it checked from authorities. Then he offered replacement. We paid for the rest and left. They didnt even had the manners to say at least a SORRY. Please be careful you check in next time.

The chicken biriyani was not good as per kerala biriyani standards.Chicken pieces dint have much spice and was rather blant and not of dum type.
