Not bad. Seafood was good. Soup were a disaster. Continental dishes were horrifying. Better stick to kerala dishes. But good service and they have seperate room if you are having large company.

But the food there is overpriced and half of the menu is just not available..I tried ordering continental and the waiter said no continental dishes were available ....Then i ordered tandoori which was also not in stock...they took the order for a shake and after 5 minutes came back and said that some machine was not working and there was no shake....ordered ghee rice and chicken curry which was quiet goodstaff was well mannered

We, a group of 7 went for lunch buffet and our experience about this is just ok. There were many more options for meat eaters than veg or fish eaters. I think the day I went there were 4-5 beef dishes itself. I dont eat beef so it was just useless. We were hoping for a good sea food options but that also was not the case. The non vegetarian in our group also were not happy with the taste. The fish and veg items which I tried is also kind of ok. With the amount of 333/- + taxes I dont think it is a good buy. We should have gone for a la carter rather then buffet. But I should mention that the Parippu payasam was very good. They also served tender coconut pudding which was also good. Other than these the meal was just ok.

Great taste and ambience. We had sadya. Accept for the fact that since the staffs are from Jharkhand and not sure how to serve sadya, everything was good

Real good ambience. Good for a date. They serve good local food as well as a couple of continental dishes. A bit heavy on the wallet though.

There are wide variety of dishes available with more of south Indian varieties and some North Indian varieties too. However Arabian dishes are less. Dishes were found to be a bit expensive but its a good location for families. There are also buffet services available. now they have started the home delivery service.They did take a long time to serve the dishes once ordered which was a drawback for this restaurant. The ambience of the restaurant is good.

A bit expensive compared to the other restaurants in Thrissur. Though very nice service and ambience. Also dont get intrigued by the buffet they offer, its not worth it. The selection is lacking and poor. They have a variety of dishes on their menu. The ones Ive tried was like 7/10. 👍

Ambience and service is good. We had 6 people dine in for dinner yesterday and the food was average. Porotta and beef dry fry with coconut was very good.The fried rice was dry and lacked flavour. Chilli chicken was good but the extra one ordered was poor in taste and flavour.For ambience and service i will go there but for taste of food its below average.

Best place to take ur family out for lunch or dinner. i have had both north indian n kerala dishes. their kerala chicken biriyani is likeable bt u wont order it twice. bt their north indian dishes r spot on- butter chicken, garlic naan, dragon chicken etc to name a few... they r absolutely delicious.. clean n sleek place- very elegant.. u can even plan ur first date with ur fiancee here. price is a little on d expensive side. bt gr8 service too.. tey have a branch at mg road near jayalakshmi silks

The taste of food is not up-to to mark. Wont recommend if you want to eat tasty food. We had chicken biriyani, naan and paneer butter masala. Naan was very thin, Biriyani was served in a mud pot and appeared yummy , but not tasty very disappointed. The positives are, not noisy but fairly busy, somewhatclean restaurant and good staff. Toilet and wash area are clean.

Very bad service, sevrved garlic dish (asked manchurian), when notified debated, excess quantity billed, insisted on single time quantity order when requested for supply as demand (because it was tandoori rotti - we wanted it hot). And huge rate, A small thin tandoori rotti for 50Rs for such a service !!!! Wont visit again...

Good food ,nice ambience ,complimentary welcome drink ,we had fish curry meals ,with karimeen pollichath (rate 400 plus) but was delicious ,every side dish of the meal tasted good .Palada is served as desert .Rate is reasonable with the ambience and amenities they provide .Wash rooms are also neatly maintained

Worst experience. Went for lunch today, table was not cleaned, 3 different staffs done the partial cleaning in a span of 30 minutes! Order taken after 35 minutes, waiter came back at 40th minute to inform that the ordered items are not available. Finally food served after 1 hour 10 minutes. Surprisingly all the tables were not occupied and plenty of staff were there running around! Very poor management

My experience is based on a buffet lunch during a weekday. We are were a group of 8 and they took good care of us.The pros:* Good variety in the buffet* Good selection of non-vegetarian items include some interesting seafood dishes* Great ambianceThe cons:* Limited choice is buffet for vegetarians. But they seem to have a good selection of vegetarian dishes in the a la carte menu* would have liked some more desert choices (on the day they had payasam and vanilla ice cream)In general, if you are non-vegetarian it is a good choice for lunch. Any vegetarians can of course order off the menu. It started getting busy after 1 pm, but around 12.30 or so there were plenty of seats.

The buffet lunch is yummy and cheap also. It is best for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. But we could not enjoy full, as even chutney is super.

This restaurant is the worst place I’ve been to while eating out in thrissur. My brother and cousin took me here saying it was a good restaurant. Given the climate in Kerala I experienced a month back I would advise everyone to stay away from the window seats. It has nothing to do with the climate outside, rather the conditions inside are abysmal. My family and I were seated by the window. We were exasperated and sweating profusely. I called one of the attendants and asked him to turn up the air conditioning. He said that the restaurant had no control over the air conditioning and it belonged to the mall. I did not know what to make of it and let it go. I asked the family to adjust since it was out the restaurant’s control.We decided to order continental but my mother being the smart person she is ordered ghee rice and chicken curry. When I tried to place my order and specifically asked for mashed potatoes the attendant said there was no mashed potatoes with the dishes and they provided French fries instead as an adjustment to customers. Now why he told me this I have no clue because I was pleasantly surprised when my order finally came and there was mashed potatoes in my plate. What I’ve understood is that this attendant clearly had no clue about the menu or the items on it. I don’t blame him. I blame the management for not training/ educating him in this regard properly. The food was not great. It was just ok. And this was after making me wait for almost an hour. The only person whose food arrived in reasonable time was my mother’s. There was a customer on the other table who lost it after waiting for an hour and got some sizzler that he clearly despised. He asked the manager to come over and started screaming at him saying he’s been to 17 countries and this is definitely not how he’s seen a sizzler. I don’t blame the customer. My cousin ordered a sizzler and it was definitely nothing like what I’ve tasted before. I’ve eaten at different places in some parts of the world and this isn’t what you get there.Let me give an example.Suppose you love the brand Adidas’ products and how it resonates with you. You go to a shop with the sole purpose of buying one of those products. You order one of those Adidas products. The shopkeeper makes you wait for an hour and gives you an Adibas. What they have is something called an Adibas. You know it’s not an Adidas despite how persistent the shopkeeper is in trying to convince you that it is. Either you take the Adibas and go home or sit there and wonder if you will ever get an authentic Adidas in thrissur.What you get here is a cheap knockoff of something you really like. (Don’t go here for the continental food)This place masquerades as a high end eatery option for the people living in thrissur. It is an overpriced average restaurant. They make Indian dishes extremely well I’m told. I’d rather sit at home and order something from Swiggy.While all this went on, my mother sat there eating her ghee rice and chicken curry.Clearly the choice my family should’ve gone with was the ghee rice and chicken curry, not that the chicken curry was something to boast of. Like everything else here it was just ok.On my way out I asked the manager what sort of food and service this was and all he could do was manage a sheepish little smile. It’s going to be ages before someone can convince me to come back here.

Actually i am working in Saudi Arabia and it was my sweet parents 24th wedding anniversary .So I had to do something. And ,i thought of arranging them a surprise dinner and i found the Copper Spoon restaurant in selex mall Thrissur. I made a call to the restaurant and prepared a menu for dinner and just informed them that it is my parents wedding on the same day. The one who attended my call(Nowfal ikka) told me to send my family for dinner and they will be happy........He was really awesome and he kept his word in making them 100% satisfied with the dinner served. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters. Amma and my sister had nuggets accompanied by chilly and tomato sause, while my Pappa tried prawns soup served with prawns ,potatoes and okras in garlic flavour . They were exquisite. The main course consisted in a fried rice with dragon chicken and noodles with chilly beef, which really thrilled them. It all was followed by a delicious tender coconut shuffle with a dessert.Finally they gifted a surprise cake by the restaurant (which was not in my order 😋)and asked my parents to cut the cake.....The manager with all the staff joined the party and made the evening really SUPERBBB....Thank you guys for the Fabulous Food and Excellent Service with a great ambience which makes COPPER SPOON restaurant a big Success😘

I have never actually been to this place but ordered food and got it delivered to our office. Being a vegetarian I can vouch for the quality of fried rice and Gopi items. Biryani is also said to be good here
