Biriyani and parottas superb in Kerala tradition and taste

Good food... easily accessible to travellers... But lack of sufficient parking space...the rates are also affordable.... The waiters are also patient..and well mannered..the curry can be selected...by the options laid in the entrance...fresh food .

Bad food. They always serve cold food which is not at all fresh. Most dishes are not tasty. Tried their food multiple times thinking a different dish might taste good. Poor customer service too. They dont care at all even if you complain on the quality of food

Spent 3 nights at this resort earlier this month and it was a great stay! We paid for an upgrade to the oceanfront cabana, which was worth the price. The beach views, calm ocean and ability to watch the sunset on our patio were highlights of the trip! The hotel restaurant was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable for an oceanfront resort! The entire island and resort were a lot more laid back and calm than other touristy coastal front towns in the southeast, but that may in part due to it being early March. Id imagine theres a bit more traffic during high seasons, but either way, well definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Pretty barebones. We only stayed here for about 2 hours as we needed a place to freshen up and move on. We only booked one room amongst the 5 of us and it cost us 1000 Rs.Thats a bit steep for a 2 hour stay but whatever. The hotel had the basic amenities like a clean bathroom a bed and a TV but thats it. We didnt get any towels or soap eitherIf youre looking for a nice place to stay at, look elsewhere. Maybe look at a few Oyo rooms.

This is place is great for late night food , as there is no other good restaurants that serve food in thrissur at this time of night. I think its a 24×7 .Good food , kabsa is also good. The mayo they serve has been pretty bad , but when i have visited lasted time , it was much improved , barbeque was really nice too . And the place is big , has amble seating and most importantly very clean. You also have so many variety to choose from.

Worst chicken dish n worst customer service. I had ordered a special chicken dish from this place n it turn out be the worst..out of 6 pieces all bones..hard meet..I just tried 3 ..n said pls cancel though am ok to pay..the staff acknowledged but the guy in counter was arguing on the same..bad service

Service were good but, if they had been replaced with someone from Kerala, ordering would have been much more comfortable. Male customer have indian toilet while female have european toilet. They are trustable with belongings (not including extremely valuable items such as money, gold etc because I dont really know about it) are safe as we once left a utensil we bought there for over a month (we where so busy) and they happily handed it over to us. Food is good and Arabian dishes are more prominent here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
