Mrinals blog took us to this place.We ordered Meen Mutta, Prawns Roast, Masala Dosa, Chappati and lime juice.There was nothing exceptional about both Meen Mutta and Prawns. Its value for money and thats it.The best pic was masala dosa. It was good. The white coconut chutney was fantastic.Chappati is a big no. It was mostly maida.Parking would be a concern. Yes, they accept UPI payments.

The food is superb though the hotel may not look like it. Its a small hotel in a corner near Puthenpally, in the lane of vellappa kada. There is a variety of dishes and the ordered dishes were delicious. Price is also right for such delicious dishes.

Some youtubers and vloggers shared their experience about this restaurant.When I visited “Velleppangadi” for shooting some videos for a Vlog last week, I visited there and ordered Chicken biriyani. In my opinion The biriyani was not good compared to other restaurants in Thrissur.

Food was below average.. Ordered fish peera,fish egg, and kozhuva- taste was horrible and the quantity is also pathetic.

Beef kaya roast is overrated. Other items were gud. Kappa biriyani( nenjidi ) in trisssur was gud

Went there seeing a vloggers hyped review... It proved out to be a hype itself.. :-(The fried items are not that special.. but Okey and can try as a different taste..Overall not worth the hassle of parking some 250 meters away and walking at noon for this...

This place is just like the film 2001 space Odyssey. The food delivered here are a total mystery to me. I could have better and different experience in eating the same food another day. My love towards this hotel is purely spiritual. Its actually a place where I go to have peace. To have a journey with one of my senses. Its magical. There is no wonder why Theeta rappai was given free food here. This place is so old and so natural. My personal favourite are meals and Nenjadi Kappa.

Good sea food restaurant in Thrissur

You can have variety of tasty, yummy local dishes...not enough space in the hall. They have to take more efforts to keep the premises more clean and attractive. The dining hall is connected....parking space is not provided.... amidst such inconvenience the attracting part is the wonderful taste of the food... variety of local foods at reasonable price.
