Really disappointed by the pathetic customer service by the lady staff in this outlet. She doesnt know how to properly behave to the customers. It is definitely the failure of the management in appointing such staffs without even checking. Better appoint the good staffs having the quality of dealings..Rude behaviour is always the deficiency of service - Section 2(11) of consumer protection act 2019 👍🏻

Very rude and pathetic customer handling. You should be nice to customer no matter who comes there. Atleast speak things politely.

They have quite a collection in here & the staff I spoke with provides excellent customer service and took the time to answer all of my questions and he was very friendly and helpful in helping us find what I were looking for
