Impolite behaviour of the representative. I visited this store today. The staff there needs to learn some behaviour. They do not pick up calls. I should give 0 star but that option is not there. Hope JIO authorities take this seriously and put some well behaved persons.

Maybe since RIL must have felt that they are going to be Monopostic in nature, they have slowly started to raise the tariff very cleverly

As the store was closed due to Covid 19, the store man has to transact with the customer on the road side in an unclean surrounding ..

Good store, easy to get new connection and other services.

I visited the store to get a Jio Sim. Paid Rs 500 got it and next day, I got a message that the SIM cannot be activated due to some issue. I thought that I have to go through a lot of hassle to get my money or a new SIM. I visited the store and Mr Prasad was there. He understood the issue. Resolved the problem, arranged to provide a replacement SIM and also explained about other products and services available in the store. Mr Prasad made the whole experience a pleasant one. He is truly an asset to the organisation.

I had visited this store a few times. I had great experience there. The staff Mr Prasad whom I met was so helpful. He helped me to get my problems with jiofi solved. In fact he talked to the service personnels and even took the device himself to the service center for me and got it perfectly repaired. In these days it is very difficult to see such selfless human beings. Thank you so much Mr Prasad. He is an asset to Jio family for sure.
