Went to the shop to look and purchase a wireless / WiFi HP printer. The shop had 3 printers on display of which one was wireless. Price was too exorbitant. When informed that the price on online sites were more competitive the lady sales person tried to create a fear by saying that I will not get warranty, ink cartridges and the printer will not work properly etc. Very poor and idiotic sales pitch. walked out from the store and ordered printer online. Wonder what customer confidence is this useless sales lady is capable of providing in creating a successful sale

Given My two desktops for service. Told them need urgently because online classes for my childrens. Next After I called them they replied one system is ready. Before taking to home I checked the system found that the problem is not solved. Then they assured tomorrow We will hand over after cleared the problem. Next day after continuous call they replied technician is in outside so unable to give today . Finally I taken back both systems from them. While calling reply is very irresponsible. Very pathetic

Nice and compact showroom. HP laptops at reasonable price. But some models are out of stock and delivery gets delayed for long a time.

Bad service. Loss of money and waste of time. I had given CPU for installing temporary windows 10. They had offered the same for Rs. 3500. I had updated the temporary and so license was expired. I had given CPU for another computer centre for reinstallation of windows 10, I given just 600 rupees. Good service.

I recently bought a 240 GB SATA SSD of Gigabyte to my laptop from here. It cost me 4900rs alone for SSD, 350 rs for the case and 850rs service charge. I asked other third-party outlets and they quoted a total rate of 4500 including SSD and case. Amazon will deliver you the same product for 3200rs and the case for 350rs but I was already late to know about these alternatives. So Im not satisfied with the price they charged.Speaking of the service, Im not quite satisfied. My laptop surface was dustier when I received it. They didnt care to clean the surface and keyboard, even though I paid for cleaning. Remnants from the cleaning were there whole over the laptop.The bottom line is Im not quite satisfied and I recommend you a third party service.

I called the store looking to see if a particular model was available. I dont think whoever answered the phone was interested in making a sale - his tone was completely disinterested. I havent even been to the store, but due to this experience, I will never recommend it.

Beware *** fraud***.Went to purchase a printer (model no: 2332) amount was approx 3k. They convinced me that model no: 2338 is more economical, so I was ready to buy it.Took the product and while billing he said the amount is 5600/-,. As I saw the price in HP site its 4999/- I asked him about it.He started the drama telling that its all india price u have to add cess with that n all, as I said him Im ready to pay n cess n all but how come the 600/- difference, they to cover up his guilty he made some calls here n der then informed me the amount will be 5050rs ie, just 50/- as cess. That too without any apology n with full attitude. Because of his attitude just because of his arrogant behaviour I didnt purchased from there.I went to another shop n bought a canon printer.The staff here is ony to ruin the name of a good brand.Pls check in site for exact price before visiting this crooked shop.

HP is a synonym for quality and premiumness. The store is small but well organised. There are 2 staffs, who are helpful and well acquainted with the details. The store doesnt have an alloted parking space, but the roadsides are adequate.

HP authorised retailer. Only a few laptop models are available in stock for purchase. However considering the current spike in laptop purchases due to COVID lock down, this unavailability in stock is justifiable.The sad part is even this authorised retailer is unable to say when the next stock would arrive.Only four laptops are available even on display(forget the stock availability)Utilizing the current scenario, shop offers and price negotiation is also available.

Bag on offer in hp website was trendsetter i got a different one.Gave me the right one with no trouble ,but you have to ask for it,else you might end up with a basic one

Its a calm and quiet showroom. The manager seems to know his way around the business and is well informed . He also gives an idea of the offer and details available and is quite a helpful and resourceful person.

Extremely Dissapointed!!!I brought a cartridge for my printer from this place. But it was faulty. I contacted them to ask for replacement. They said all i have to do was take it to them and they will replace it for me. But when I reached the place they asked me to go to a different place because they cant check the cartridge. And then come back with the proof of letter that the cartridge is not working. They could have just told me to do the same over phone instead of making me go to and fro multiple times.

Worst HP service center around the world.Please please dont ever visit this center.For a simple service which took only 5 to 15 minutes, they charged me 3600 rs.HP authorities should validate the integrity of these agencies.Please stay away from greedy ones.

Had a bad experience when I went to get a laptop battery replaced. The service was prompt but done in a hurried and graceless manner. It appeared dismissive and forced me to speak my mind about it to the person who seemed to be in charge. If HP has no choice but to choose agents like this, they must make an effort to train the front-office staff at such outlets to be more attentive and courteous.

One of the dedicated showroom for HP laptops in trivandrum city. However they wont provide the after sales services, for that you have to visit authentic hp service centres.They sells items on MRP. Rarely you could see the offers.

Only sales, they have no authorised service. They claim service but its unprofessional and done with basic knowledge. They took 10 days for my printer and I had to finally take it without and repair work being done with the pretext that parts are in transit. Very disappointing.
