Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation is the largest city corporation in Kerala state in India by area and population. It is the municipal corporation that administrates the city of Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala.

Lords Antenatal Package has launched today by Hon. Mayor of Trivandrum Smt. Araya Rajendran in presence of Lords Gynaec team Prof. Dr. Chandrika Devi, Dr. Lekha KL and Dr. Pooja prasannan. This package is designed as affordable to all and will cover nine months care and delivery. Package includes doctor consultations, laboratory investigations and scans.

The city corporation is ruled by the council of 100 members, headed by the Mayor. The Mayor (elected from among the councilors) chairs the Council meetings, and is responsible for the overall, supervision and control of the administrative functions of the Municipal Corporation.

Its a very nice experience if you have a good and supporting counselor otherwise its going to be a terrible experience. In my case I had a very nice counselor so I had my problems resolved much faster than expected. Very happy with this place. The parking space may not be available always for four wheeler, but two wheeler parking is a lot easier to access. Very spacious and quiet environment. It was a nice experience coming to this place

I went to get a birth certificate,the current superintendent of that section is a very nice and helpful person I think the other staffs should also learn from him

There is supposed to a multilevel car parking facility but, that is closed and cars needs to be parked adjacent to the university ground. No crowd control at all!!

Very Poor Service. They wont attend phone calls. Tried more than 10 times. They simply cut the call.

Located at LMS junction, Palayam Museum Road. Reach here for any kind of regional services. Some of the officers in public relation desk are a little bit arrogant in nature. But didnt mind, rest are very cooperative.

The main office of Trivandrum corporation near Museum and Zoo .Time 9.30am to 5pm.Various Quasi govt offices also in the premise.Parking space for twowheelers ample.For cars a bit difficult.There is good bus service to this Office.Seat of Trivandrum Mayor and the various elected Ward councillers.

Very indifferent and haughty staff. One gives one information and you go with the application and documents, but ask for more papers. No one knows for certain. Behaving as if people are visiting for their favours rather than the services for which they are paid. Too bad.

Service should improve, facilities are improving but not meeting or serving the public as expected

As soon as you head out, a small building will be on your right side. They issue the pension forms, two in numbers for each person, and all details need to be entered and submitted after attestation from your councilor.You can avail the service of the Akshaya Kendra if you walk further out and cross the building on your right. While crossing, the Indian coffee house will be on your left.Aftermath(😂😂):After filling the application and submitting the necessary paperwork (photocopy of ration card, Aadhar card, Bank Ac, voter ID as well as income certificate) you will have to return the documents to the office where pension forms were issued. They will verify the completed set and tell you to take it to the main office. The forms are taken by the counter that is almost the last one from the door (with the information counter).A slip will be issued and they will be telling you that wait for 10-11 months for processing to get completed! Other than the last info, all things run smooth as a well oiled machinery in this office.

Worst office and pathetic customer service. My sister and her husband applied for marriage certificate and was informed that it will be issued in one week. Even after a week, when we called the concerned person refused to check and told us to go to the section and verify. If staff cannot help people on phone then why the hell have they kept the cuatomer care numbers . Speaking about the contact numbers, the ones listed on the website half of them do not exist anymore.Extremely incompetent.

Registered for e-payment of tax but the site always showing incorrect username or password. Very bad e-services provided.

The behavior of the proprietor( who collects cash) of sulabh toilet near ksrtc stand trivandrum is very rude and cruel. they are collecting excess cash than fixed by the corportion. some times he sitting half naked and bad comments to ladies.

Governance and service improved alot in the recent past.Way to go...hope soon.

Staff is not much helpful and are quite reluctant to help. Processes are not done fast and lags more than needed. Service is just ok and nothing more.
