Stayed at aroma classic for the first time. it was a good experience. rooms are spacious with ac in good working condition. Restaurant has good food. Rooms are old and not well maintained. could have renovated the rooms. Situated near bakery jn. So people will hvae to catch an auto from bus stand and railway station.

Excellent Staff. Excellent location. Very Clean Rooms. Spaced too. Well maintained wash rooms.The Hotel staff is very attentive and supportive. The place is safe. For women and children too.The price of the rooms and the food is quite normal.The place is centrally located and plenty of public transport available in the vicinity.On the negative front - there is no coffee-maker in the room. Maybe it is not working and hence not issued. Some popular TV Channels were also missing.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE WITH A THIRUVANANTHAPURAM VISIT IN MIND !!

Really good place to stay. The stay was very comfortable. Rooms were of good size. Everything was clean. The hotel also has it own restaurant where you can go and have food. It is centrally located and is just a km away from the central railway station

Hotels are nice, spacious with wonderful housekeeping services.....they agreed to our request of providing all rooms on same floor and even upgraded us....the restaurant has amazing food....overall stay was amazing....

Restaurant was good. Rest Room was good. Location was good. Rooms were normal. Air Conditioner in both rooms were in poor working condition.

The design of the hotel is quite cool. The bed was the comfiest ever slept on in a hotel. Prices for weekday stay was very very affordable. CTV is there (no LCD) but with not so ***y English or Hindi channels. A real treat for me to be able to take a bath. Autorickshaws were honest and looked after us.

I would never suggest this place to stay. They didn’t give me the basic services. It’s good to stay somewhere else beside this place. Worse service I ever had.

Very bad behavior from the manager Mr. Pramod, he should learn what is customer service is. Very poor amenities. (Not providing amenities as mentioned). Strongly recommended try to avoid book Aroma classic days hotel TVM to not to have bad/negative experience.

Hotel doesnt have a restaurant of its own. Because of this they forced us to have an early breakfast of their own choice in the room itself. Even after ordering tea in the morning it wasnt served. The minimal staff behaved decently though. Rooms are quite ok. Its just a lodging space where you can sleep quietly as there are hardly any other customers.

Its a nice place

We stayed there on 23rd Dec. 14 with family (12 persons) in Aroma Classic days. Around 5mins drive from railway station and easy access to city center. The staff at the reception were polite enough to hear to my concerns and act immediately. Very good value for money for business travellers.

PUTTU n the gravy (iratta puttu)was not so yummy! Not upto the mark, I dined there after hearing comments from club fm! Maybe for first timers who never tasted puttu n curries it may look awesome! We have a lot of other choices in city where you can have better puttu n curries for sure.

The room was as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean and well maintained.The only issue i faced is that there was no hot water available when i tried to take a bath.But other than that one very small issue the rest of the stay was very enjoyable :)Courteous and friendly staff :)will definately stay here again :)

Nice room clean & beatifull

Good rooms and very friendly staff. The room is clean, and the bathrooms are all good. They respond quickly to your demands and even provided us with an iron box in the morning. My only complaint is that the electric sockets in my room were not that good and I had trouble charging my phone. Other than that, a good place to spend your days.

Reasonably a good property with an attached multicuisine restaurant. this property has an ambience of a high class lodging.reasonably spacious a.c rooms.good bedding.toilets though are clean, its not posh.

Stayed here for two days. Cannot ask more for the budget. The hotel has got a nice lobby where you can sit and read. The only downside is the room service is kinda slow.Food is average so we at at a bar just close by. There is also an amazing veg food hotel nearby called mothers. So stay here and roam nearby!

The bed and bathroom were clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were dimly lit and ambience was good, but not helpful if you are planning any serious study during your stay. The walls did seem in need of renovation here and there, but otherwise, it was perfect.

The place is decent. Ambience and lighting are comforting. But the Food is nothing too much worth talking about. Nothing special. Decent place to stay though. They should consider introducing light music. Live music would be good. I think they used to have it before. Been to better places!

Good rooms but need maintenance as walls are wet and coming out . AC is good. Bed sheet was good, but bed was very old and in bad shape. Overall good for one might stay.

AC was not working properly inspite of my request. Fan regulater was not working. Food quality was not good. Rest all the things are quite ok.

The newly opened restaurant Pathiri is awesome. Tried Kozhi kanthari mulaku ittathu, ghee rice and pathiri.. All the dishes were awesome, and the service deserves a special mention..

The basic facilities like milk powder coffee powder and heating flask are not there.Breakfast is served very late and many people skip breakfast because their time gets wasted.

The hotel is in a prime location and most of the Government offices are just few minutes walk from the hotel. Good hospitality extended by the staff, well maintained rooms, multi cuisine restaurant, ample car parking etc are the main advantages of the hotel.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The room is not as spacious as expected. The bedroom door would open only partially as it was blocked by the cot. At the cleanliness - everywhere there was nothing to fault.

Not worth the money. Old fashioned hotel,lights,switches,etc were not working. No restaurant for breakfast and dinner.On special request they will provide. Room cleaning is not focused even after reminder.

The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. The restaurant closes by 10.30 pm. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. A little bit of magic is needed to meet the expectations set by the hotel’s name.

Toilet door was very hard to lock. May be the geyser was not working, as we could get hot water only in room temperature.

Booked delux room with breakfast, rooms looked shabby, no hangers in room, hooks or toilet towel hangers. Toilets was clean, servicing of food etc was OK. Suitable for very low budget stay.

Stay was comfortable but lack of a restaurant and room service is a problem but there are good restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Magic days from 22nd November to 25th November 2011, with my wife and son. I had lobby at the front and the bedroom separated by a barrier. Items are very expensive and no matter your order North or South Indian, nothing seems to be changed from taste front.
