Not good for hair treatment. I had visited the clinic 3 years back for hair problem. Doctor diagnosed my problem as white piedra and started giving antifungal tablets. After one year back i found my problem was Trichorrhexis nodosa not white piedra and treated by another doctor.

May be good for cosmetic therapies, but not good for regular skin problems and diseases, I have a skin rash problem and I visited here more three times. Even after many tests like biopsy they couldnt find the problem. And spend many thousands. I dont remember the ID but I visited first on 06/04/2019, biopsy taken in 2nd or third visit, so its should be in 2 years . You had send the biopsy report in this same mail id.

Edit:I went to serene for acne scar reduction treatment. undergone laser treatment. Few days after my treatment, new acnes started to appear on my face and the count of active acnes increased rapidly day by day which further increased my scar density. Im not sure whether its my skins issue or the issue with treatment. In any case i think that the doctor failed to judge my skin.

Worst place and the advertisements they showcased are fake.Its true review based in my experience.They charge nearly 1000 per person to consult the doctor and most important fact is that doctor was down to earth and was friendly but she sitting there just to give give advice and sale there own products within there clinic which is not just 1000 its about 3500 per cream or lotion.So I think so reserch what you want and not to go this place because its a total waste of time.

Since it was my first time visiting the clinic, I was a bit concerned about safety measures due to COVID. However, the staff was friendly and patient while helping me settle down at the clinic. The ambience was professional and calming. Dr. Sonia was kind and patient and heard through all my concerns. All around, I was pretty happy with my visit.

I got laser treatment here, and the service was extremely bad! I do NOT recommend this clinic at all - very expensive and not worth it. The laser treatment I got had several side effects, one of which was my teeth getting weaker and the doctor refused to accept it!The receptionist was also popping bubble wrap in the waiting room for heavens sake! You would assume that with a clinic that looks as professional as this one, the receptionist and clinicians would know better but I suppose all that glitters is not gold.EDIT : In response to your reply to my post, my review is not fake. You were not able to find my name because I am not using my real name for this account. The main reason I created this account was so that no one would make the same mistakes as I did by coming to your clinic. I have already called and informed you about what happened to my tooth after your laser treatment, but your doctor refused to accept it and kept insisting that your equipment is state of the art and therefore the best. Having the best equipment does not mean anything if you do not take proper precautions when using it.To anyone reading this, dont waste your time with this clinic - it only looks good on the outside. There are far better skin clinics in Trivandrum.

We called and enquire about fairness treatment and they told us to take appointment ,when we enquire about the packages they advise us to book an appointment and concelt with doctor ,To be frank the front office few staffs are stubborn and behaving like they are doctors,Doctor was so friendly but she didnt givem us any packages for laser treatment neither they given us laser treatment which we was looking for .The truth is they are charging 500 rs per person and they use to advise us to take few creams to apply for skin and for each will cost 3500,Overall we were charged 12000rs for just lotion and cream .I advice not to go this place its waste of money.

Dr Sonia is very committed towards her patients. The treatment & procedure was very well undertaken by the staff members, keeping the covid safety protocols in consideration. Special mention to Sobha, who did the procedure for me.

When you ask for an appointment they say not available and gives some day suitable for them with a forewarning that you might have to wait one hour or more !!! Then what is the meaning of appointment ???? They prescribe such expensive medications which doesnt work and asking to come back for follow ups and reviews !!! Money making place sponging off people riding on the new trend of cosmetology and its various procedures. Better to go to some other less celebrity status doctor who is reachable and approachable when you need and not at their convenience

I didnt get good results for the pimple treatment. i took treatment from almost 6months and there was not much improvement. Did some laser also..thought the results would come since the doctor assured it. The staff and doctor is really nice in nature, but treatment and the results are very bad. It is expensice also. lost the money for no reason.

Visited the clinic.External Ambiance good,but hygiene very very poor.Same face towel is used for all patients attending the procedure. Not even the towel on the procedure bed is changed, the same is used throughout, which itself is against basic skin hygiene. In spite of patients paying a high consultation fee, they are still forced to use the used and unclean sheets and towels.Patients should be demanding new small face towels atleast.
