One of the oldest hospital in noida. There is specific department and each department has reputed doctors. Hospitals are highest grossing industry but what about poor people.

Its just a expensive private hospital ready to dig your pocket. The doctors here will write you unnecessary test and xrays and wont tell you the medication at once and will call you again so they can charge you more. The helping staff nurses were polite and helpful, doctor on the other hand was rude. If you have money to waste please visit.

Good but staff have no patience

I go for Master Health checkup in every 2 years. This time I choose Kailash Hospital Sector -27, Noida for my health checkup. I had done my health checkup in the same hospital earlier also. However this time the services were different and improved then earlier. The credit goes to Dr. Gagan Grover and her Team. I was free in approx. 4 hrs after getting all my tests done. *It was possible as I was assigned with a personal* attendent to guide me to each sample collection point and getting all my appointments booked in each department well in advance and in a sequential manner so that I had to wait for a very minimal time for my turn to get the tests done. Overall it was a fantastic experience this time. All the staff and team members are courteous and helpful. Happy to share this feedback.

Doctors are good but management is very poor, it looks like government hospital in same fees. I have birth to my first baby, but m scared of taking chance for my next pregnancy where I am going to deliver in April. I am not sure, I should opt this hospital

I got treated there, everything is good, we never got cheated. Although all was paid by medical insurance, the extra tests they did were not remotely related to the ailment. They did ECG and other tests for appendix for my wife, they may have their reasons but Id say we could do without it.

One star for dr. Virender chauhan gasteroentologist. His nature is very rude and he is not even talk nicely. Otherwise hospital is very good and services is also good. But dr. Virender chauhan is very rude dr.

Now a days, I dnt feel doctors are good in Kailash, they are only attending patients, bt not taking histories, do not listen, jst start writing prescription, as myself a doctor...worst experience ever....I went to dr Rohit Singh, orthopedics department....he din even listen carefully, neither checked properly, no history he took...really pathetic...will not recommend anyone to visit him....they ppl are having a lot of OPD...so do not attend patients carefully

You will get feeling of semi government type hospital there. Senior doctors are good but junior staff behave and work like government employees carelessly.In same amount you will spend there many better hospitals are available in same area.

The most renowned and best hospital in Delhi NCR. Staff is very polite and decent. Smooth and efficient service available here. Not only treatment but post treatment facilities like billing and TPA department are Amazing and superfast. Well this is my rating for Dr. Preeti Singh at Kailash Hospital. We are blessed with daughter and today she is 9 months old, normal delivery. We travelled from Bangalore to Noida and we went to finalise the doctor. The moment its our turn my wife started having labour pain and with in next 2 hours we both are happy parents. Dr Preeti singh acted so professionally and guided us as this is our first child. It was just me and my wife nothing prepared and guess what corona at its peak but still Dr Preeti didnt hesitate did her duty professionally. She was recommended to us by one of my friend thats why we planned for her. Also I had a very good experience with Kailash Hospital in 2012 with my mother Vericose surgery Dr Singha who I got to know is no more GOD bless his soul but this was also the main trust factor with Kailash so we preferred Kailash and had no other doubts in mind. So Thank you Dr Preeti you were very helping and performed your job professionally,not keeping money in the mind but I had very bad experience with Dr Rajeev Malhotra in NICU which I prefer rating in different review.

A hospital that sells fear. No matter what avoid going there at every cost. They will make situation only worse and make you scared that this is up this is down etc.. to simply get money easily just simply say tata bye to them in case you are already stucked there.NO matter which doctor seems every doctor trained to loot by this trick. And in case you have to admit then please god save you because 2-3 doctor will visit 2 times a day to make their dihadi(daily wage) costing you 5000-6000 on top of room charges and other medicines making total bill of around 15000 daily even if you have fever only

Worst service... There is a person/doctor named Manish in emergency he is very rude and unprofessional.Dont know how to talk and behave. Tell him to get educated and study well. Dont know who hired him its the mistake of the management.

Went to Kailash Hospital Noida located in Sector 27, Noida for pre appointment Medical assessment in Feb 2021.The hospital is located on main road and can be easily found. There is ample parking space for Two wheelers with free of cost parking facility. However, four wheeler parking can be an issue.The liasoning Officer, Mr. Phool Singh is very amicable and understands the needs of those who visit Hospital with great enthusiasm. I got to Interact with ENT specialist Ms. Isha , who was friendly , knowledgeable and willing to help people. The other doctors were nice too .The employees here treated people with utmost care and respect , not just like Customers but as if they were family members.The Hospital charges may be on higher side but is comparably affordable as compared to that of other Speciality Hospitals in Delhi NCR .

I visited Kailash Hospital for Annual Medical Examination for Central Civil Services Group A Officer.The whole staff of the Department was very supportive and cooperative.They were very professional and trained. I was fully satisfied and happy with their services and helping attitude.

As per the recommendation of Dr Ashish Saini, I consulted with Dr Deepika Gupta (Dietian) for my mother. My mother was having some health related issues such as diabetes and thyroid and on account of it she started feeling weak and her health started deteriorating. So My mother and I consulted with Dr Deepika to have a proper care for her diet. She not only helped us by making a proper diet chart but also explained her the root cause for this improper diets related issues. Very bad experience. They ask for Insurance company and when I came for IPD they forcibly gave the medical suggestion to hospitalize the patient and within a day , COVID test came as Postive . However , I discharged and did the COVID Test outside ,and it came as Negative.What a big fraud? This hospital is doing the business and taking money is the only aim. God Help us from this hospital

Went there for annual health check-up. During the course of general body check up consultation with Dr Gagan Grover came across a deficiency of vitamins D from which I was suffering from very long time. Very happy to get cured from the silent deficiency which has deteriorated my body from very long time.... Happy to visit....

This is probably the busiest hospital in Noida. Most doctors have 15 to 20 years experience. Serves all kinds of patients. It is reasonably priced and belongs to the BJP minister Dr. Mahesh Sharma.

I had visited for 2nd medical health check up post MI. I am overwhelmed with the improvements observed in comparison to last year in all all reapect starting from the gesture or courtesy extended, throughtout the process of testing and consultations. . Even when i was scared to visit hospital during covid 19 spreading, but the effort taken by entire team leading by Dr Gagan is really commendable . I got an executive heart check up done for my father at health check up department, Kailash Hospital, Sector 27. It was an amazing experience. All the tests were completed very quickly, on time and with a lot of efficiency.Personal attention was provided during the process of these tests and the doctors were really cooperative and helpful. Dr. Gagan and her team, especially Miss. Megha deserve a special mention as they made sure that all the tests were conducted smoothly and in the absence of any sort of inconvenience to me.I recommend Dr. Gagan and her team as all of them were extremely and exceedingly proactive and placed my convenience on the top of their priority list.

Absolutely horrible experience. When you leave hospital, it’s supposed to make you feel happy and satisfied and yet we met with utter disappointment.Staff is extremely unprofessional and very rude. We got recommended by a doctor to see an endocrinologist and we felt like he was in a bad mood and in a hurry (even though we went for premium OPD). He asked us to come back with a report in 3 days time. We came back on the 4th day knowing we won’t have to pay again just for showing the report. The staff, however, was very rude and was persistent in asking for us to pay again. Eventually she asked us to leave even though we were calm and courteous.Go elsewhere if you want to be “treated” professionally, where doctors listen to you and staff treats you with courtesy.

I took my father to Gastro in the hospital. Was bit disappointed as doctor wrote some paitent medicines and was not listening to what he was saying. My father is 71 yrs old. Not satisfied as after paying for so much of consultation fee the doctor did not gave proper time. It took him 3 minutes.

It is worst hospital ever. I visited here during covid pandemic because of various problems like gastic issue and pain in stomach. I already had the ultrasound one day before as per the prescription and when I visited again because of unbearable pain, they asked why you dont get admitted and we will do all the required tests like CT Scan. They specifically mentioned that CT Scan seems urgent here. But when I got admitted, they done the CT Scan om third day, first days they did x ray and blood tests.. all reports were ok but on third day CT Scan was done and fourth day they gave the report, and than I was informed that pain is because of STONE. They were treating me for interstine infection and were telling me that it seems there is blockage in interstine and we may need to do surgery.Please dont go there.. they will try to loot you with your pain.

Wort hospital ever. Doctors in hospital ( specially doctor parmila) are executioner. They dont care about patient. The main aim is to rob the patients family. Not even take care of patient properly. Whatever food items , family give for patient are consumed by attendants and other staff.

Dr. Narendra Gupta is the worst doctor in the hospital. DO NOT CONSULT HIM FOR ANYTHING. Youll get the worst treatment if you come under his panel. Also, he is so manner less, he has least decency to speak to his patients and does not treat them well at all. On top of it, hell never advice you anything good. This was the worst experience experience our family had to go through with him. I highly recommend you not to consult him.

Do not go for covid test in Kailash. They are not providing correct covid report. They are showing only detected, no CT value is present in report which tells about patient how seriously he or she affected, no other details as well related to screening and confirmation, just only one word in report detected.

Kailash Hospital is taking covid 19 tests outside the hospital and see the situation of the patients who have symptoms. Even if someone who is negative can become positive just by standing here.No staff to guide anyone, no sequence of patientsThose who are aggressively going in are getting tested firstThey should close their covid centre here and CMO Noida should look into this

Money minded doctor..not interested in providing surgery for emergency patients who comes under any panel. Dr. Paresh Jain, the urologist in the hospital day before agreed to admit the patient and next day morning when he comes to know that the patient is under panel, denied the admission by saying non availability of beds.If the condition of my father worsen due to the their ignorance, will surely go to higher authorities.

The hospital management hang ads every where that we value of your time and excetra but that is all rubbish. My husband sitting over there since morning around 9:30 without drink or eat something for run some tests but no doctor available. Doctor time start at 11:30 am but now its 2pm and he is not coming for the test. We are stuck here because we deposit the money and each & every time says that the doctor coming in 10min.

I would never suggest anyone to opt for kailash hospital as their service is worst and they just know how to make the money out from the patients in everyway possible. Even if you have fever due to some other reasons and doctor also knows about it still thru move you to isolation ward and then ask money for room pp kit and everything. But when you be there in the isolation ward no service will be provided to you. They will keep for minimum 2days saying reports are not there, though when you shout then they bring it in few seconds, they put on hold so that you can pay each day charges. Please beware of these fraudsters. They try to stretch the maximum days possible. Would request you to first do your covid test from lal path or some other labs. Otherwise they will eat your money like anything.

Here is no option less then 1 star and along with this I will never recommend to any panel person to come for visit even. There no one who can step up and take responsibilty.we went one year ago then finally we moved dharamshilla and there ground staff also not so good but all doctor has courtesy for their job.

Been there once for my mom.. I dont know much about medical industry but they made me visit almost 8 times necessarily until i decided to go to the MAX hospital and process was lot smoother and everything was done well in 3 sittings. In short, they would overcharge you like anything with no results.

This review is for all CGHS patients, at the time of billing they will charge payment of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.20,000/- EXTRA from you even if you are fully covered on the name of some medicine, room type, Doctor consultation or something else if you are admitted in the hospital.Hence they think charging extra money from CGHS patients is their right so I strongly advice every CGHS patient to avoid this hospital.They think all CGHS patients are getting FREE service for no reason, they don’t understand that we work for 20-30 years in the government job to get this benefit and also paid CGHS fees for this services.

We hardly find hospitals that charge you reasonably & treat the problem effectively. I visited Kailash Hospital for the first time as was suffering from bad flu & uncontrollable cough last Monday. The physician was so cooperative & caring. With the doctor’s right medication I was better in no time indeed. Very pleased about the professionals of this hospital being so patient friendly. Hospital well known for super class treatment charge like anything for any treatment which can cause death of the patience if he/she doesnt supervise the prescription given cause the prescription can be interchanged .It happen to me I have spent more than 40k in 2 days days in this hospital for the treatment of heart patient who was admitted in CCU.FOR two days . During discharge I was given a list of medicine need to be taken for 2 week ,nurse has explained how to take each an every medicine .I have almost taken all medicine but fortunately came to seethat the prescription was of other patient which was attached in our discharge slip.One can see the consequence of a heart patient who was in critical stage as per doctors, if I hadnt checked the name on the prescription ....SO IT IS ADVISED TO BE WITH PATIENT EVERY TIME AND SEE EACH AND EVERY PAPER GIVEN TO YOU FOR ANY TREATMENT..IF YOU FEEL LIKE GOING TO THIS HAZARDOUS PLACE ....THINK BEFORE YOU THINK OF GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL...

Kailash hospital, established by Noida Member of parliament Mr. Mahesh Sharma is very good hospital for all types of patients be it gynaecologist lead by Mrs. Uma Sharma, w/o Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Dental specialist, Physicians, Orthopaedic etc. Also, they have now facility of premium OPD with some additional charge..

The Dentist at this hospital helped me realize what blunder could have happened with those attrited teeth full of cavity. I had been getting it treated from many other places but no results. Surprisingly when I visited Kailash Hospital for a Dentist who really understood my problem deeply & after continuing dental treatment for about 6 months, I am happy to get back my healthy shining teeth with no more caries.

Although skilled doctors are there but they could not conclude smallest thing without any technical test(Xray, CT Scan). Hospital staff is lenient, interns are there instead of skilled nurse. My mother was in ICU, there is en emergency bell beside the bed, I rang the bell 2-3 times then only the nurse came. I personally would not recommend this hospital. Moreover the consultancy fee is Rs.700.

Yesterday I visited the hospital with my husband for medical check up. At about 11am i went to cafeteria of hospital and ordered a cup of tea and a water bottle. I was sitting over there after sometime a man named jhonson calling himself fnb manager came there and told me that only for one cup of tea he will not let me sit over there and if i wnt to sit i may go to a nearby park. I was shocked to see his attitude towards customer. I was taking services from a private hospital and a person is serving over there without knowing the meaning of hospitality.. Really. Help me if some action can be taken against him. He was misbehaving badly. One more thing i have visited the cafeteria at 9am also and ordered breakfast over there.Mridula sharmaW/o vipin sharma

Good Doctors panel and emergency care doctors were very helpful. Fees is a bit high and try to charge you high through layered room system. Security staff is not polite and helpful. overall i would recommend going to hospital as care is good.
