Very good service so far. Everything is fine except those slippery metal chairs near to enquiry😄. Staff members found to have a positive attitude towards the customers. Its an ISO certified, NABH accredited hospital at Ambalathara. I think its good for primary and secondary level of health care. They provide ample parking space.

I got a very bad experience from your hospital.I came here for doing the covid test. I hesitate for doing such mistake for doing the test in your hospital and it was a worst experience and very poor service.I paid the money whatever they asked for the test.Please provide proper care for the patients and be aware about other issues🙏🙏🙏

Quick decision making skills through brainstorming by the dedicated lovable Doctors namely Dr.Shammas, Dr.Sharath and Dr.Ejas is commendable.Respected Dear Doctors, I have great appreciation for the calm atmosphere creation for the patient. It brought confidence in the patient and “the safe recovery” from the severe pneumonia.At the time of high risk in the case of my sister, again your quick decision making skills, helped for smooth shifting to Karakonam Medical College and the subsequent interactions with the Doctors at that hospital. Kovid vaccination is very difficult here .. Even if it is booked through the government website, it is said that vaccination will take place only if there are at least 11 people .. For those 11 people, they have to wait till evening when they come in the morning .. There is no facility even for those who come. They charge more than Rs 100 from those who come directly .. There is no shortage of talk from the staff .. Government should not bother people by giving vaccine to such hospitals
