Ground floor is for kids stuff, 1st floor ladies section and other household articles, 2nd floor is mens section and household items. Apart from clothing, quality shoes and slip ons also available. Need not worry there is a lift for the old and needy. A good shop to shop. Quality products and very good value for money. Latest trends available. Mens, ladies and childrens items available. Timings Gents section open from 12 pm to 9pm, ladies section opens from 10 am to 6 pm. Sundays also same timing and shop open on all days. Shopping here is highly recommended. Happy shopping. I personally love westside. Compared to all other clothing stores in Trivandrum, westside has really good collection for affordable price. They have a great sense of fashion. If youre looking for Multi national brands in a single shop, then westside is not for you. They also have a small section for home styling, which is quite basic, but very stylish, classy and at the dame time affordable too.

We always love west side shopping. But after coming to the shop by 9:13 as per the information we got from google maps, we find that security is not ready to let us in. Definitely a staff training program is essential to avoid rash behaviour of staff and security.

For a city like Trivandrum, this is a good branded Western label shop for women and kids (havent checked for men). Apparels are displayed in a great amount of space, a couple of trials rooms are available, though parking is limited to 2-3 cars only, havent seen much crowd despite it being a weekend, discounts are not available throughout the year, stock seemed a bit less for the space it has and in comparison to other Westside stores. I have been to Westside in other cities. Each city,each store has a lot of difference in collection. Could get three outfits of my liking. On the staff front there is definitely scope for improvement.

Quite nice. Some difference from other tvm shops. But Ive got to say one thing. Its that even their XS sized tops were pretty large. Not a very good thing for small sized folks. On the plus side they have got these cool home accessories on the top floor.

Clothes are good Im a regular customer here.. Staff behaviour was very rude. My sister was looking for slippers her size doesnt suit so she dint buy. One of d staff named reji was humiliating her like u dont come for buying anything?? He was talking very rude even after complaining manager he dint do anything.. Being doctors we felt very humiliated.. Hope the management take necessary steps or lose more customers like me

I liked the place for shopping as clothes are really good and most reasonably priced.

I felt the staff was under tremendous pressure to sell. Every floor we went (me and wife) were shadowed by sales guys who would enter your personal space and just stand there and push you to try the new collections even though I was not interested in those. I had to request rather firmly to let me do my shopping so that they would leave our side. I was disappointed with the experience.

Actually Westside is a good outlet for fashionistas housing some very trendy collections for men and chicque collections for women and Children. This neat outlet alongvthe busy MG Road in Trivandrum has parking space for few cars in front and a couple more down in the basement parking facility. As for the staff, generally very friendly and helpful. But, this morning we had a sour experience from a lady floor rep on the 2nd floor. My wife, upon enquiring if they had a tee of a particular size, she very rudely told us off saying thatvthey have only the ones on display. We were left rummaging through the floor and finally got the size we wanted. Five stars for the store. 3 stars for staff courtesy. BTw, the staff on the ground floor were extremely cordial and helpful and went out of the way to help us.

They have a very gud collection of tops . I have been their twice . But it was my best experience I have had , the quality of the dress is very gud . Not only for women they do have the best collections for men and children.I went their once for buying clothes for my dad it was really extra ordinary.
