Went to see the collections after lockdown. It was not crowded, everything in order, seems like sanitized. But offers were very limited, even it felt like it was more priced than the normal time. Another disappointing thing was no trials. Even after showing the vaccination card and temperature check this is not there. So couldnt take the required formals. Should change these things to have improved business.

Wednesday sale is much appreciated for the sales offer they given to attract the customers. Made the place a perfect match for poor, downtrodden and also for the richest people in our society. Furthermore we like to go for all kind of shopping and enjoying so on and so forth

The offers provided by them are one of the best. Varied selection, helpful staffs, reasonably kept clean. Its a one stop shop to buy groceries to toys to clothes to electronic appliances.Parking is a pain point. Parking can be a problem especially at peak hours. Though the security personnel try their best to help us, lack of parking space is something out of their control.

The place was wonderful. Everything under one roof. So many varieties except in electronics section. Main brand is koryo. Very limited collections of other brands. Grocery section is superb. Mind blowing offers are another attraction.

Actually an ideal place for budget range clothes, both casual and formal as well. The staff is friendly. And its in the middle of the city too !!.

I went there at 4:30pm to purchase a 3 burner lpg stove. At first there was none of the executives available even for asking prices & choosing. However after trotting here & there, I was finally able to get attention of an executive. He gave me an excellent advice regarding buying gas stoves. After much deliberations I chose a lpg stove of the company Butterfly with a price tag of Rs.3599/- There are no goodies or extras offered along with the same. However, I later came to know that for the same lpg stove from the Amazon costs Rs.1,000/- less & free delivery at whatever locations you choose. Only thing is that I was out of options & less time to order the same & get deliveries through Amazon. Hence I give 3 star.

Its a good place to purchase fruits, vegetables, rice, cloths, footwear, bedsheets, tv ,fridge, etc... Eassy accessible area. Parking is not that much good. Shopping experience is good. Staff are really helpful. Billing area could be a little bit better. Overall. Nice place.

One of the quality stores of all time. From clothing to grocery , everything is available. Great offers during Independence day and other central govt holidays, Wednesday offers and on festive seasons.One drawback is that eating facilities are not available inside the store. Otherwise one of the most preferred place to buy good quality clothes, especially jeans.

I usually visit the Big Bazaar near East Fort. The place has a good collection of all that you require for a home. Its actually a good experience shopping there. But, of late i found a few things really getting on my nerves. I wish thatthe staff, especially the ladies kept their voices down while talking to each other about their personal lives, affairs and work. Its like listening to a a yelling match while youre trying to shop peacefully. Some of the male staff even stare at you, and dont stop even when they recognise that you have noticed them staring. Even the security people are aggressive. One of the security lady in front yelled at me asking if I had anything from outside. She could have asked politely.I know we are living in hard times. But it is in such situations that we pay more attention to etiquettes and courtesy. You might be going through hell on your private lives or having a very bad day at work, but the shoppers shouldnt be the ones on which you inflict your problems.I hope the HR people would read this and train/instruct the staff better.

Supermarket spread over a five-floor building in the middle of the crowded place in Trivandrum city. Very narrow and congested shopping area, staff are not up to the mark, Average shopping facility.

Had lots of offers, fewer staff... And if u are shopping at top floor u need to walk all the way down via escalators which is powered down with the goods u purchased to get it billed.

Pros: It is a shopping place where you can purchase almost every thing needed in your home. Good ambience for peaceful shopping. Sales persons whom I dealt with were friendly and helping. During certain festive occasions, we may get good branded products at the lowest price in the city.Cons: Price of certain snack items are high when compared to the same available locally.

Poor home delivery. Not punctual. No one to contact. Items displayed mostly not available.Because of wednesday offers every one gey attrscted but actuallly after receiving money they slowdown all process. I order on 9th and was delivered on 9th only that too after much quaralling. But on their website it was stated that my order delivered on 8th june. Such misleading cheating are in place in this store.

Pazhavangadi Big Bazar, located on M. G Road after Thakaraparampu Chalai flyover on the left side of the road when coming from palayam or thampanoor side. Good for shopping dresses at all times as they good quality dresses at best prices. Enough parking is available free under the same building with easy access to exit.

They used to have billing counters at each floor, but now they limited it to just the ground floor. So have to bring all the goods that we pick from the upper floors to the ground!The entrance from main road is narrow. And many auto-rickshaws will be parked very close to the entrance most of the time, making it difficult for four wheelers to enter! Am not sure why the authorities are not interested to take action regarding this. Mailed my concern to the management of Big Bazar. Hope they will respond and provide a solution!

They keeps on updating all their products according to customer wants and needs...I found that a plus point of them...!!

One of the famous supermarket chain in town. You can find all the essential food items , groceries , dress materials , cosmetics , crockeries etc. Affordable price rates as the usually have offers for different items on every day. Good parking facility and customer service. They are also following strict covid protocols. And also they dont provide carry bags for free as we need to pay Rs25 extra for cloth carry bags.

Big bazaar was the first shopping mall which provided all goods under one roof. But now it lacks its old charm as new malls have come up with lot of offers and attractive prices...

Used to go here frequently a few years ago. Decided I would buy a travel bag from big bazaar today. Not as crowded as I remember it to be. The customer service was pretty good. Helped us with getting an extra discount using paytm. Lots of stuff to choose from. Definitely would go again if I need anything and I do not want to buy online.

I went to this store today and earlier this monthVery rude security who touches our hand with dirty fingers in this corona time. The hand sanitizer is a rare sight, if we ask they say went for filling. I came out without purchasing because of bad attitude of the staff. Its better orient your staff and also security, especially the ones on Feb 20, evening.

This Big Bazar lost its shine after the Covid pandamic. Moreover only Super Store materials like groceries, vegetables etc. available. Other things are not available in abundance as previously.

At the time of beginning big bazaar was the best Mall in Trivandrum. But now its not as good as before. Comparing Pothys and Mall of Travancore, Big Bazaar is holding the last position. When I visited last time even the escalator wasnt working. There is no proper parking for two wheelers. And the parking area have a board Park at your own risk.

Every household item under one shop and that is the biggg bazaar. The shop is located at a prime location . No good offers for branded items in the fashion department.

Right now dec 2020, if you have to buy groceries dont go, nothing is available there. But if you want to buy clothing and shoes or utensils they are still available. Many Common groceries are absent from their shelves for the past few month but yes vegetables are good.

Poor customer service, had to wait for more than an hour to replace products. He dint bill the extra items that were taken as replacement. Wanted to tally the amount exactly, made me do the billing from the billing counter separately. Now as Im writing this he had asked a staff to get five rupees of extra rice to tally! Seriously? Big Blunder. Not Big Bazaar!

Its an ok ok shopping mall.These days they dont have enough items especially kitchen appliances and cookware.I like the clothing section more as they are comparatively cheaper.

Half of the sections in grocery area was empty. In 3rd floor AC was switched off and we were sweating due to the temperature there. They didnt bother to turn it on even after requesting and we got to know that they were trying to show loss by doing so :( and except ground floor, no where escalators were working. No one in the store seems to be bothered as its all their cost actions. Keep troubling your customers.

The security guard at the entrance asks randomly asks customers to wash their hands before entering whereas others are let inside without washing hands. Also a horrid practice by the security guard is asking us to write down the details in the log book, I mean whats the whole point in asking random customers to wash their hands when the pen is handled by multiple people during this pandemic.I still cant comprehend this process; why the security guard placed at the exit just looks at the bill and stamps the same? I have been to multiple Big Baazars and they all have this practice but still cant find a logical reasoning behind this process. If questioned, especially the one in East Fort, they behave in a rude manner.
