I approached the store for screws on backside for my laptop which was lost due to carelessness. They was very patient to attend the issue and since my laptop was 8 years old I thought they would insist me on buying a new one rather than repair but it was not the case.They had repaired my laptop and very polite in nature for the queries about purchasing a new one or modifying the existing laptop.The gesture of employees is good.
