Very bad customer service. The man in the pc build listing section is very rude. they are not waiting for us to say what we want. they are selecting the parts for us on their own. If we say anything their attitude changes and be like You dont know anything. Ningal enne padippikkan varalle. ivde ithrem okke ollu venenkil medikk. If you want to get a pc fully customized and you need to select the parts on your own, go to any other shop. the components are also bit overpriced. Very bad service...Gave the laptop there for display repair but after keeping it there for 2 months they did not repair it and gave an estimate of 12000/- for further repair...They broke the display and hinches and returned it to us in a very bad condition.Worst experience ever. Thankfully my relative was a system technician and he repaired it within 1 hr after purchasing the display cable from Amazon for just 900/-

The security staff over here is having a very rude and poor service. We were riding cycle and came here at noon and he was say u cant keep the cycle anywhere near and he made us wake and keep the cycle away. He was acting like hes the owner of this shop and me and my friend decided not to come here anymore. Poor service and manners

Very bad service, customer care and technical staff. Given laptop for screen replacement last year and received back on April-2021 without repair. Technician was not able to order the screen eventhough he is having the original screen/laptop with model and serial no. Such foolish guys are working there. Its my suggestion to you people that to avoid this firm from any repair service. Giving Big Zero Marks out of 100.

My experience with logtech nandavanam trivandrum was a bitter one.i had to replace my hp lap screen.before heading to their ofice i contacted a person named jayasankar and shared the screen pin config. He said its READY and you can come for replacement.i startd to their ofice and reached by 4.30 pm.met the person named jayasankar and he askd another guy sitting close to him -named Ajith -to look into it.he took my laptop called some one and asked me to go for a round and come back aftr an hour.i came back and cheked.he said the one we got is not fitting.trying another one.no updates for another 1 hour.again cheked .he said asked for another one .as its raining the person bringing the screen delayed.fine,i continued waiting and its around 7.30.almost all went.again i cheked with jayasankar whom i contacted first.he said reason might dfrnt screens ther.pin config may b dfrnt etc etc.then the other person came and updated like one screen was fitting fine but its seeing blank.He said like asked for another screen and that will come tomorrow..i was regularly calling the guy named Ajith and cheking.his update was like will come tomorow and he wil call me then. its been 2 weeks..LOGTECH such a renowned organization .their staff have no option to identify a lap screen uniquely? I didnt see any commitment or responsibility they showing up.And i wasted around 2-3 weeks waiting for their call and left it .thanks logtech for giving me such a worst customer experience

I had a very bitter experience from logtech nandavanam.I have purchased a laptrix branded laptop charger from them on 24th August 2020 and they suggested it is a good charger and can be used as alternative for Dell charger. Prior to purchase I have asked them, if there will be any issues and they pursuaded to purchase and I finally proceeded.However the charger was faulty where I got electric shock several times and I have took back the product to them and they said they are not feeling any shock and it was due to my home earthing problem, however I felt the same shock again and they have send me back.Then I have purchased original dell charger and issue is no more existing.If it was an earthing issue, then probably this could not have happened wherever I have tested. I have tested the same using a electric tester 4 different sockets excluding my house.Bottom line is:They might be good in the past, but now many of them do not have a customer service attitude on after sales and lack of technical knowledge and readiness. At least they could have use a basic tester if there is electrocutes.

Had given my Dell XPS laptop for screen replacement. I told the guy with specs who was fixing it that it was a Full HD 1920x1080 resolution screen.He said its not as though after using the laptop for 8 years, I dont know what I am speaking about. He finally replaced the screen as a HD screen after a day and then when it powered on it was flickering. He again replaced the screen with another brand. Same issue. Finally he agreed its a full HD screen. He said original screen replacement will cost 8000rs and I said go ahead. Got the laptop, paid the amount. Came home and found the laptop screen was only normal HD screen. Logtech cheats the customers hard and they are one of the worst in business. They will cheat people at every opportunity. Beware of them! They are just crooks trying to make money from unsuspecting customers.

Very bad customer service. The guys just asks money for any service even if we bought it yesterday .No dedication. The authorities please look into the matter. I think they are deliberately making some loose connections while assembling the pc and make you call them.

This is one computer shop that has been there from my childhood days, but the store guys will destroy the reputation. After calling up and confirming that RTX 2060 of Zotac had arrived, when I reach there travelling 20+ kms (one direction), they say that they were talking about RTX 2060 of another brand. I had confirmed the brand twice with them. Please increase the workforce if the store guys are overloaded with work that they mess up with what they are talking about. My 2 hours and 50kms fuel gone waste.. No wonder people turn to convenient delivery @ their homes these days. The customer service person was empathetic to the situation though and it deserves a mention.

Worst customer care DO NOT GO if you have high value purchaseI recently bought 2 UPS of V-guard from them. They had canvassed and told that if purchase is done through them, you need to make sure that bill only is retained and they will take care of warranty part from V-Guard. One the UPS stopped working on day 5 and when I went to check that out, they are asking for all original covers etc eventhough I have their bill original. They say it is for replacement; I was ok for repair but then that is something I need to go behind VGuard. QRS or even Amazon is a lot better in their approach than this where customer is cheated in this manner. Especially in retail here, I think treating customer as King is not understood. I went here from Kazhakootam side looking for good service. Well this settles that.

I had a very bad experience with logtech ..i contacted these guys regarding the purchase a new processor for my new desktop and they kept telling me that the stocks will arrive in two days... Three days ...next week etc and kept dragging it for three weeks now. I visited their store once and they told me theyll call next week and didnt bother to call even after two weeks. Finally when i called them they are talking as if they dont even know when the stocks will arrive. Why doesnt google provide zero star for rating such bad stores that are claiming they are the best in the city ?? Please dont go to this shop they dont have competition in the city thats why they dont care about customers... Please go online or to some where other to buy pc components rather than get humiliated by these people.

Definitely its a worst place in service. They are very bad in helping you when you reach them with a service issue. They are very bad at customers. You cant relay them after you purchase something from them.. there are plenty of other shops out there with a pleasing attitude towards customers. Pls dont buy anything from Logtech

I used to go to Logtech for computer accessories and repair work.once they repair my laptop(Dell), it was a good experience and that laptop is still working.But Recently i went to ask, whether they can repair a laptop(Lenovo) with a component burnt on the motherboard by showing the photograph of the actual motherboard(since the laptop wasnt with me here in Trivandrum), the reply of the technician was Yes, they do such jobs here, but they wont repair mine, coz i have opened. I was surprised with the response..maybe this shop was good back then , but now i wont recommend it for repair works.

The perfect place in entire trivandrum to anything related to systems. My review based on my personal experience. First deal some 22 years back through my aunt . She bought a pc and was very much satisfied with the service . They had only one outlet in trivandrum. The owner harichettan did everything to make the purchase experience comfortable . Aunt hasnt sold that pc yet but yes she has changed six pcs over the period and everything going on smoothly.I have also bought one pc in 2012 and the overall experience is too good.ADVICE TO PROSPECTIVE & EXISTING BUYERS - Dont go by the negative reviews . Go, meet and discuss the persons concerned to sort out issues if any.

Selling overpriced laptops with no OS to older people. I was SHOCKED to hear that my parents bought an expensive laptop with no OS. They also made them by windows 10 pro for 10K RS. I dont understand why the cunning staff did not offer a reasonable laptop with an OS in the first place. Older and less informed people should not buy items from here without accompanying a well informed person.

They have pretty much every computer component you may need also at the lowest prices in town. They also have computer repair service. This would be the best shop in town if they knew how to treat their customers. They kind of make you feel that they are doing you a favor by taking their time off from big corporate level bulk purchases to attend to your single item purchase.

The service rates here is sharper than macheteThey will butcher you like nowhere else in the city..Simply touching your system for repairing cost minimum 500bucks even if they couldnt rectify it.products are heavily priced.Pakka frauds.

Purchased a Lenovo desktop from them a few years back. The computer was giving constant trouble while switching on. Spent a lot of money on technicians, most of whom, I found were limited in their knowledge and skill level. Finally, it was found that the trouble was with the additional RAM the Logtech put in while I purchased the PC. They sell spurious spares and buyers are advised that there is no assurance of quality with them. Even their service and customer relation is sloppy. Wonder how these people survive in the market.

Pathetic experience !I bought a Dell laptop from there. The buying experience itself was bad. I went there with high expectations on service. But to my dismay, the sales person was least courteous and wasnt knowledgeable about the product. Still I bought it because I was short of time to explore other shops. Had issues with the laptop OS from the first week. Went there twice, but experienced different problems after every visit. Finally went to DELL showroom and got issue fixed once for all.Now with one more month remaining to complete one year of usage, I find that the warranty had already expired. (Luckily since I checked it before time, I could get it renewed within the grace period). When I checked with the salesman about extended warranty, he conveyed to me that I can get it extended anytime within the one year of company warranty. This again was a wrong information. DELL had attractive offers for warranty extension with first 40 days.I feel cheated.One of the worst experience I ever had in my life with such a transaction.
