You cant expect the standard of service that authorised service centres of branded desktop and laptop here. Theyre not serious people and may misplace the components and spoil your system. Charges are not reasonable.

So I have often brought my laptop here n never had issues in the past. But recently their service has dipped to new lows. Let me elaborate so that u are aware of their present work culture. I brought my laptop as it would not switch on. Told them that I would be traveling soon and would need it before that. They assured me they will update me on the progress. The only time they called is to confirm the price for the services. I agree. Then they say laptop is still not starting will need time. Also understandable. A month goes by with no updates on their side. Whenever I called - Technician is on leave. And nobody knows anything about my laptop. Another month goes by and still no updates. Technician is now AWOL.With my incessant calling finally someone says the laptop cannot be fixed. After nearly two and a half months of calling without any updates on their side.Receptionist is another horror story. The one person who should keep track of the dealings and customers who called has no clue to anything. Who the technician is? Who the customer is? I literally heard her saying in the background, Im not responsible. I wash my hands off.When I finally did go to the store to get my charger.( Laptop was collected by a friend). In fact it took them a few days to find my charger. They were giggling and snickering among themselves. Coz they knew I had called a bazillion times. The way they treat their customer is despicable and the way they work as a team is dismal. Its more of a blame game strategy here, rather than collaboration.I dunno if this is the case for every customer or whether it was just an unlucky day for me. But I know for a fact I will not return here.
