Our go to place for a quick shopping...The staffs were very helpful and was knowledgeable..Although the staffs number are less when compared to pre Corona days, the available staffs are all attentive and has good knowledge about the selections..The Diwali collections are too good too...We always shop for our family from this outlet..

Max is a fashion hub to satisfy the clothing needs of your entire family. They have very good stocks, great designs and excellent collection of clothing materials. They have very good collection for kids. They also have a footwear section for all age groups.The clothing materials are also of very good quality. The prices of clothes are very reasonable with additional discounts on selected items which are under any promotional offers. The staff are polite and well behaved. They accept both cash and card payments. They also have loyalty program and upon every purchase points gets added up which can be redeemed upon maturity. They have good parking facility at the basement with security staff to guide you with empty parking lot.The only drawback shopping with MAX is that even upon doing a heavy purchase they will charge you for carry bags which is poor unworthy gesture from the customer point of view. This poor behaviour by the management is prevalent only in MAX India whereas in other countries like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE they provide carry bags as it mandatory by the laws of the country to provide free parking and carry bags for customers. If they could rectify this MAX India would be providing the very best shopping experience for its loyal customers.

This is my one of the favorite outlet in Trivandrum, Kerala. It is located in famous Pattom area opposite PSC Bhavan and it is distributed across 4 floors.They have good collection of clothing for almost every member of the family and about collections it is limited only. The quality of the materials is very good when compared with the price. Overall a good place to have a quick shop for clothing.

The selection is not that much for men. But it is very affordable. The footwear though is good quality but their sizes are too small for men with big feet. I wish there were more appropriate size options for footwear.

Good place, customer service seems to be appealing. I saw the security making trouble with the people on bikes, bike parking is a bit of a hustle. Rest is all good. This time the apparel collection for gents seems to be a bit less when compared to the last year.

Offers a good shopping experience. Prices are low and has a decent selection of clothes in 3 floors. Ramp facility is there for differently abled. Parking facility is also available. The only negative I have is regarding the billing, it is available only on the ground floor, and only 3 counters are there for it. It takes some time if it is crowded.

Good. Purchased kids garments. Trouser, T shirt and combo for age 8 to 9 was not seen displayed. So I had to buy 1 trouser and 5T shirts for age 7 to 8. I wanted a Black Round Collar T shirt size XL which was not available. Was informed by billing staff that goods billed will not be taken back or exchanged.

Need to add more collection , choices are only few but its good and every brand and new modles are available

Max is a good place to shop with your family. They have good collection of clothing for almost every member of the family. The variety and design of cloths available is limited. One main problem is medium sizes of many good design may not be available all the time. The quality of the materials is ok when compared with the price. Overall a good place to have a quick shop for clothing.

One among the two Max you have in Trivandrum offering value for money clothing. Located in Pattom opposite the PSC headquarters , the has 4 floors and a dedicated parking in the basement. However the service is not quite up to the mark. Can do better.

This place is divided into 4 floors from ground to 3rd floor.ground floor is for womens ethnic wear, Here you can find good variety in womens ethnic wear like so many varieties in kurtas and suits. Entire ground floor is dedicated to kurta and churidar suits which accounts to good collection overall.1st floor is womens western wear. Collection is of good quantity but lacks quality and have lots of old collection. Not much latest collection here.2nd floor is kids wear ranging from 0 to 8 years.3rd floor is mens wear. Mens collection needs lots of dedication and improvements. I am seeing same collection from last 2 years.

The billing section guys are very fast but the quality of the attender during the process of dress selection is equally disappointing.For Mens theres a wide range of shirts that can be picked but for hoodies and lowers particularly there was none.i hope they will sort this out.The Gist is like coin have 2 sides,Max Trivandrum have good as well as bad sides.

Good options for kids for casual clothes. Their T-shirts are value for money and classy, and available all throughout the year. Occasionally they have good selection of jeans and chinos for kids. They have kids footwear also which is reasonably good but perhaps priced a bit high. Mens collection is not predictable, I have got some nice casual shirts once in a while. Dont care for their style of slim trousers or their collection of formal shirts.. not really classy.

I am a regular customer of this shop, there is a variety of clothing options to choose for male and female at an affordable price. The staff members are also very communicative .Automated car Parking is available (can park two cars in a parking slot), bike parking also available. My ratings are regarding the attitude of the staff Members, Except those in the Cash Counters who are good and supporting, and those who were in the 2 floor are disgusting, Not there for Anykind of assistance even though we insisted for. The fellow there’s talking on the phone showing no attention for the customers there.

Even if you buy things for 10000 Rs, they will charge 7 for the cover. What a funny thing.
