I went to check out a camera and later buy it. Its a canon branded store which is a franchisee of Baba studios. There is only canon products. Most of all the cameras are available for demos. But there is no lens demo. But you can check out all cameras. The guy there Nithin he is very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. He doesnt push his views on to us and gives us advice on product. I mentioned this as I went to Baba studios to check the same product but the guy there was keen on making me buy Sony may be he is Sony guy but still its not professional. Anyways if you are looking for canon you should buy it from here.

Very good customer service as expected. They are also very helpful. They only sell the cameras,lenses and a few camera bags while the filters and other accessories had to be bought from other stores. This is expected from a Canon only outlet so no complaints on that. I would definitely recommend the store to a friend.

I to visited this place on a day, when they had some canon free servicing drive going on (coincidence maybe). The free servicing was good (though not great). I wanted to get a general cleaning done for my 700d and i still found some dirt in the corners after the servicing. However it was a satisfactory job. The staff were friendly too.

They have only sales here. No services here, which is disappointing. Their sales items are limited. Well maintained cleanliness. Less staffs to support. If they had included services it would be great as there is no authorised service center here in the city.

Really pathetic Canon showroom, maybe the worst in this part of the country. Staff is unresponsive and isnt concerned about customer-centric service.The timings given here are absolutely misleading as well. It is open only until 6:30 PM, most of the staff is gone by then.I visited this place around 7 PM thrice, but the staff saw me approach the ship and quickly lowered their shutters and switched off the lights! Way to go, Canon!

I went to check whether my DSLR lens got fungus or not. And the person there turned me down and told me to wait till it gets spread more because its all the same cost!! I left the place immediately. Also, this is just a collection point and the main service centre is at Kochi. Really disappointed.

Excellent service. Previously used to buy canon products online. After GST, rates of all canon lenses have increased online. Actually there is only a marginal increase in price of canon lenses after GST. Canon image square charges you the actual rates only which is much lower. they also offer discounts. Definitely my first choice for canon lenses henceforth

Canon showrooms is good enough but have to order the camera before one or two week of purchasing plan bcuz availability of the product does not seem to be der all the time ‘ costly camera mainly’ if its a prominant showroom then a gokd store have to be der! Even though i made my first camera purchase there’ but had to change the opinion for buying my second form here !!! But have to say the service der is good’ behaviour to customers are indeed good :)

Today I went there and asked for camera details , the sales person dont know any thing . I was surprised and even they dont have any full frame camera for display. I was very disappointed and hoping canon will work on this.
