Awesome place to pick up snacks. Chicken rolls and cutlets are the best Ive had. Neat clean hygienic place. Parking is an issue. Although you may find a parking spot on the street if its not peak hours.

Highly priced, not much taste. These used to be better an year ago. Bought pastries yesterday, the cream was turning sour for the white forest pastry and the inner layers were tasteless for the red velvet ones. Adding lots of cream over a white forest felt like eating raw cream from a carton. Inner layers of red velvet cake felt like sweetend Bread.

We had ordered 25 snack box for a birthday party.. By mistake the person who ordered it gave wrong timings.. I personally went to pick the snack box at evening and one lady at the counter was just insulting us.. This is a review not telling about the quality of snacks.. Its about staff behaviour.. Very rude and insulting behaviour from a lady staff.. Its was a mistake from our part that we gave wrong timings... But then too its our money.. Why should that lady talk to us in such a manner

When we called up to inform them that the cake had gone bad,the guy didnt even admit the mistake and was keeping on justifying himself. It was one of the best in the city probably around 15 years ago. Now the only surviving signature item is their bread and butter cake which is a bit different but still tasty. They had amazing meat puffs and meat cutlet which was the main attraction earlier. Now they dont serve those items anymore.

Showing its age...items we were nostalgic about not available. To stay relevant in these times more must be done. The old clientele who had many years of their growing time spend on tasty items from here, craves and returns to find none available. I guess the modern ones that are dotting over TVM takes up the foot falls and Jayaram just ponders....sad

Giving a 5 star. I grew up in Trivandrum with my 2 siblings. Jayaram Bakery was our favourite. After a very long time I bought chicken puffs from them today. I must say they maintain the same quality and taste. I was getting disgusted with meat puffs served in other bakeries. Thanks

I am giving a 5 star based on my 20 years of purchase experience from this bakery. Not a regular but atleast once a month purchase nowadays, it used to be on a daily basis in my school days when I used to love their meat puffs and I cant forget their plum cakes. I am admitting that I have had tasty items from other newest bakers nowadays but still this bakery has a special place. The makeover of the bakery seems to be aesthetically good atleast.

This place doesnt even deserve a single star. Though the products here are good. The attitude of the staffs is very bad. We have to wait minimum of 10-15 mins before them attending us. Even if they notice us standing up for a while they wont give any response. It was one of my favourite bakery but now onwards I wont go there... There are other bakerys near by who give good service.

Disappointed with the cake design delivered by the bakery ,which was entirely different from the ordered, specifically a design from their catalogue and confirmed well with the sales person and made sure the details to be put in the order bill.Seems there was no proper communication between the order taking person and the pastry chef.
