I always wonder how those doctors and staffs are control thier temptation while dealing with the quarries of patients, definitely some exclusion there. The system is much professional and maximum, and somehow to the patient is first has miles to go.

I am really saddened to note that in my experience the behaviour and disposition of Doctors ,Nurses ,Laboratory Staffs,Hematology ,Pathology Departments is extremely disappointing ...Reception Staff is good.I am also inclined to believe that the policy followed the Hospital (RCC) Administration is suspicious with regard to Prescription of Medicines ,Lab Tests &as the charges fixed for Major Tests in Hematology ,Patholgy Departments are neither displayed nor informed to the Patients in advance so that poor patients like me can afford the treatment s&tests ..Being a Public Sector undertaking ,the administrators could display transparence and behave with humaness to the people who comes there treatment,specially the middle ,uppermiddle &poor patients

Well maintained hospital, very clean and organised well... Canteen is available inside hospital, parking available...

For first consultation, take all reports related and reference letter is must. Each time after consultation take the appointment for the next consultation scheduled at the clinic reception and then leave.

Best doctors who dedicate their life to serve people, good behaviour and friendly . Yes many issues in systems but less compare to other govt.institutions. few securities are rude one in front and some very few inside, collapse the image but rest are good and helpful. Insurance system (social /welfare service) completely collapsed, literally punishing patients, most of them will not be able to do cancer treatement on the same day if they spent two que almost will take 4 hrs.( hope concerned will look in to this). Same one staff in billing very rude and frequently making people upset and finally they could have a hygienic canteen atleast, the current one seats and tables most of the time not cleaning.

Best medical center for Cancer treatment in India.

Its one month since my aunt ,70 years old, passed away because of the negligence of the staff in RCC. She had been referred to RCC for further medical examination as she had been diagnosed with tumor in her abdomen.Traveling interstate, she had to quarantine for 7 days. She seemed happy while the family kept in touch through video calls. She was in good spirit and happily spoke to everyone who called during that time.Two issues that proved their negligence are, firstly she was asked to come for a scan at 10 AM but they did the scan only 5 PM , meanwhile she had to remain empty stomach , she was diabetic too. Secondly, on the second day , they conducted a bone marrow biopsy, and sent her home. People of her age and considering her medical condition, she should have been kept under supervision by medical staff, instead they sent her home , because they didn’t have a room to accommodate her.If they hadn’t had the room they should never have done the bone marrow biopsy in the first place. Just because they had done it , they should have provided the room.It was because of RCC staff’s negligence she lost her life. Soon after the bone marrow biopsy she collapsed and became too weak, after which she didn’t retrieve. Therefore RCC is to take the blame for her untimely sudden death, who just came there for medical examinations.

My sister was taken there for treating lung cancer on December 2020. But we were refused admittance and was asked to go for qurantine, not considering my sisters critical stage. She died on December 17, 2020. Service is very worst. Doctors are rude, not concerned about patients condition. They are concerned with their own safety. My friend being a doctor wanted to talk to the doctor there, but the doctor refused . V lost our sister and are stillregretting for fortaking her there.

Need to book payward( any rooms) in advance else wont get it. Limited availability.But surgical ward is best with 24h good care.2. Need to arrange blood donors if necessary.3. Keep cash in hand since the swiping machine wont work all the time. Have SBI ATM inside.4. Due to COVID only one bystander is allowed. If payward is ready arrange one more person since the bystander wont be allowed to go out after COVID test.5. Get a bystander pass from enquiry.

See so many good things are happening there...now the number of patients are increased rapidly..but the facilities are less...centralized ac is there for patients waiting for doctors..see the waiting time is 5 to 8 10 hours..but ac is not working well..we could see some windows are opened in ac..token systems will change based on the staffs priority..One of my big question to doctors,staffs n other official..we could see couple of canteens on different floors..why this canteen is selling only cancerous maida products ?

When you compare government run hospitals this is very good. The approach is contested. The place is very much crowded. But still people go here for authentic treatment. When you go for registration take sufficient copies of reference letters , Id cards like aadhaar etc.

A visit to this place and you will start seeing life in a different way and thank God for showering people around you with humanity.The hospital is undergoing high rate of patient inflow and the capacities are being tested to the limit. However, each member of the hospital staff maintains their calm and takes pride and patience in helping you out if youre in need.The security is a bit arrogant, but it comes with the territory as they are not sure of how to deal with high flow of bystanders for each patient.All tests are available and (though you will be taken aback by the crowded alleyways on seeing the rush for the first time), much wait wont occur to get tested and to obtain results.Two visitors passes are provided (1600-1800 hrs is the visiting time) which have to be shown to the security at the door.Blood bank opens for blood collection from 0900 to 1300 hrs.Food is available outside, just to the left of the entrance from where you enter into the hospital complex from the road. Its a sumptuous meal for a low price.Try availing the karuna lottery scheme benefits.And, once you leave, you will be a changed person for life!

Some night shift staffs are get more angry, irresponsible answer, irritate patients. Need two or three counters at pharmacy when 100 peoples are waiting outside , some staffs in cash counter their behaviour is not good, doing work also very slow, if we ask any doubt suddenly they get angry, they must know their work is service to us with smile.some staffs are dont know how to smile and what is smile also,but other staffs are really incredible service , they like really born for this lovable service , welfare officer mrs.asha & team doing wonderful, lovable fabulous service. We took our dad on 30th October,2017 to RCC. On 4th November,2017 he passed away. He was fighting with AML. In these five days they took blood test and bone marrow test. Regular drip and tablet was given to him on 3rd November. When he was dying, there were no beds available to admit him in ICU. We pleaded in front of Doctors and nurses to admit him, to which they answered that no beds are available. He took his last breath in casualty. We are extremely disappointed with RCC staff, nurses and doctors. No proper information was shared with us about the seriousness or stage about the cancer my dad was fighting. Today we think that if we could have taken our dad to some other hospital, then he would have been with us today. People fighting with acute cancers, should be given special consideration. Please dont make them wait in queue to pay bills, then buy medicine and then get treatment.Instead of making my dad wait , RCC must have started treatment.

In my experience, pathology department of RCC is not cent percent reliable. When produced slides from referred hospital for review, RCCs pathology department gave me an interim report that too after two tentative schedule. The interim report was different from original one. They called me back and taken away the interim report and gave another tentative schedule for final report. The final report was a dito of original one. I can provide other incidents of wrong reporting and resultant overdose treatment. In nutshell one should be more vigilant in determining the initial stage of treatment.Food and accommodation are available for almost free. Meals are provided free of cost by so many volunteers and institutions in front of the approach road of RCC itself. Food from jail is served at a cheep price. Indian Coffee House is there on the other side of hospital Complex. Rooms for patients and by-standers are provided either free of cost or nominal rates by religious organisations around the locality. Contact numbers are available with PRO.
