Worst ever services i had in my lifetime..i had acne and based on my frnds reference i visited vlcc trivandrum and the behaviour of staffs were really convincing and took a package of 13k for 6sessions(5+1free) and my mother took another one for 13k and after first session the result was amazing for both of us... They insisted us to take each session with an interval of 5 days... After second session the condition get worst and my acne got increased then they did a peel bt the result was opposite again... we have asked for a refund as the situation went wrong as its brand owned by a padmasri holder and gave cent percent result by the counsellor who is in charge of the institution.. We had almost spend 26k for treatment and around 4k for the things they insisted us to use... Now they shows an irresponsible attitude wen we ask for a solution. Really disappointing from such a famous brand and for sure will never suggest to anyone that nobody should gets cheated like us.

Good staff, good packages, quality products, but above acceptable price range. Convenient times for each session, enough staffs, variety packages, dietitian consultation, variety machines are there. The place is at a prime site on road side with small parking space but most of the time, security will help in parking and just adequate space will be there.

Extremely unsatisfied... I had an appointment at 12:30 but i had to wait till 1:50 because of shortage of staff. Even after the service started, the lady was too lazy and she was more interested in talking on the phone. It was a total waste of time, energy and money.Didnt expect it to be this horrible.Fair is much much better than this place to be honest.

Dont waste your money by falling in thier positive words. Its all big time business. I myself had fallen in their words telling so much of inch loss and all. Nothing will happen. I think they dont really know how much an inch is. By their treatment u may reduce just 1cm by paying thousands of money. Its better to go for physical activity or if you are ready to stay and take treatment then naturopathy is the best. In two weeks u will reduce so much kgs.. Trust me on this. I will never recommend vlcc to any one. Big waste of money

I had booked an appointment for waxing.The woman was on her phone is whole time, even during service. I was left with raw irritated skin for weeks after. The experience was horrible and unprofessional. Its safe to say Ill never go to vlcc again or recommend it to anyone.
