Interior is nicely done. Staff are friendly & nice.It’s a nice place. 2 or more cars can be parked in front of the shop. The bottles and the contents are good and tasty.Nice atmosphere.Very nice place to get healthy and tasty shakes..And a very beautiful ambience.Price is more than the normal shake, but its worth considering the taste.

Its a small outlet. The staff is friendly and approachable. The ambience is good.We ordered an Nutty choco jumbo. It was excellent but the portions for that price is extremely less.

Such a beautiful and well maintained outlet! Ordered butterscotch which was a treat!!! Really loved the way it tasted! Though one isnt allowed to sit and have it.. Only take aways allowed.. Blame it on the #corona .. But do visit and enter the shop filled with fabulous drinks

I promise that you will get tasty juices there...but they dont have enough space to accommodate 2 or more groups....they have arranged the space very well.You will definitely get different varieties of juices and shakes there...when you get into the shop You will get some pleasantness from the atmosphere....The services are also good.If anyone ask me which is the best juice shop in thiruvalla.I recommend frozen bottle....

They dont have stone jar ice cream at this place as the machine does not seem to be working. The machine didnt work for a couple of months. They did not rectify the issue yet. Moreover some of the items are not available. I asked for a dark fantasy shakeand some other items on the menu, which I really wanted to try. They did not have them. On asking when they will be available, they did not give me any reply. It would be nice if they stopped putting their unavailable items out of their menu and also their machine for making stone jar ice creams, as they misdirect the customers going there.

5Star for the staff hospitality, and 3 star for the experience I had.1. Milkshake is toooo expensive, the cheapest one is like 169 rupees for a small bottle. Thats not the price we may pay for a normal Milkshake2. Taste was as we can make it at home and there is no need to charging this high. 20 rupees milk packet and 10 rupees for whatever flavour we choose. count it as 30 still it is like 100 rupees more.3. EDC cannot support some of the cards, try using an SBI one, which connects with all the cards, so that the customer has not to face any hassle while placing the order.4. No much of car parking space, one car can be parked in front of the shop or 3 two wheelers, as the other shops if open then cannot help with parking.5. Shop at a turning so it is sometimes difficult to turn your or go through with the traffic too

Frozen Bottle serves high quality, standard thickshakes. But I personally feel the price to quantity ratio is a bit high. People who are fond of collecting the bottles may not find a problem, but for others the items may seem overpriced. Its not a place you can visit regularly if you are a middle class Indian.Another thing I noted was the lack of seats in the shop. The seating capacity could be increased to cater more people.I would definitely come back to this place to taste the rest of their offerings, every once in a blue moon.
