Too old building... Cleanliness is not so proper... A lot of pegions are there in this hostel... It is terrible to stay here 😨

This hostel is oldest among others. Corridors are narrow. Rooms are good for singles but condition is average. Washrooms are well maintained as cleaning is done on daily basis and consist of water from solar heater as well gas geezer(in case you want hot water).However, you get lots of pigeon and their only work is to dirty your washed clothes and balcony by pooping. Only one switch is provided in room which makes you buy an extension box. Mess food is costlier than other hostels but food taste is also better than others. NIT Market, main gate and most deptt are near from this hostel. So if you dont want to walk much you can select this hostel. Overall this hostel is best if you want a single seater room.

I stay here for one year now. And I am comfortable in here with single sharing rooms. Though the buildings are very old it serves well till now... It has 3 water coolers a Volley ball court, Badminton outdoor court, and a space where we play cricket. It has common room with TV, carrom, and newspaper reading facility.

Gud hostel if u want a avg single seater room. I spent 2 years of Mtech in this hostel.

Like every other hostel, this hostel is loaded with basic facilities. The mess workers and the other staff is good. CCTV cameras ensures the basic security features too. The structure of this hostel is old and now is not in a great condition. The pigeons can be a huge problem if you are comfortable with their nature. You can complain your issues directly to hostels MMCA. The authorities are planning to demolish the structure but we cant say when.

Very nice rooms with cooler facility morning pigeons will wake you up without alarm and mess is really nice and 3rd floor room 384 is excellent compare to all other rooms scenery from window is great

Very Narrow Corridors. Old hostel. Good for single seater. Mess is comparatively good than hostel 5 but H. no. 10 has best mess services.
