Overall experience was really good. The driver cum guide provided by Simons helped us to discover the Kerala. No problem during Check-in in Hotels booked by Simons. Hotels allotted were really good and had pleasant stay. Food was nice.

Goa is a fascinated destination and we were very excited to plan a trip to this beach land where hippies still prefer to spend more days at different beaches. We would like to say thanks to guys at Simons Holidays. They really helped us for memorable and wonderful tour. They provide us the luxurious view of wonderful state, its beaches, villages, spas, ancient markets and nightlife too. We stayed in a hotel was wonderful with amazing beach view; while marketplaces were also close. We felt special and made our tour full of fun. We would appreciate Simons Holidays for bringing us the real excitement of beach holidays for us.

Hi i would like to share something about Simon holidays, i dont know about rest of the people and service but i can say I booked a historical and cultural tour with my fiance which, the day we arrived in Agra the hotel was dirty and lack in service big time i made them clean and then only i could put my feet in. Same story of hotel in Chennai, the fixed the Aircon after we arrived in the room and mosquitos like had a feast in that hotel.it was an 6night and seven days tour.Rest all the sight seeing were fine no issues.The last day of the tour from Rameshwaram to Trivendrum, I spent all day driving for 9hrs and untill we reached the place the temple( padmanaban) was closed and the agent of Mumbai have no clue about the route and timings of that place.When i wrote a mail back and asked about the partial compensation of the last day in return the agents says that it was our fault that we left late from the hotel, in the itenary says leave the hotel by 7 and we left by 6 so basically there was no way that we could have made to the temple according to the itenary made.Instead of someone responsible come ahead and talk about the situation the agent sents an email and says its all our fault and we need to understand. So thats an huge disappointment that i share with you all and hope they will treat you well..

It was my first abroad tour and i must say Mr Nishad my tour coordinator makes it more fabulous. It was very well organised tour. we had an awesome Driver whose name was satya prakash. All the hotels were also nice chandigarh shimla and amritsar was Goodd at food othwse others were ok..only disappointment was the car was not so comfortable we wished for a better car which could hv been more spacious as most of our travelling were 4 to 5 hr drive..otherwise over all it was nice holiday tour organised by simons.Thank u..

I inquired for visa over a phone conversation. The first person who answered the phone and the 2 person to whom the the line was transferred were polite and professional. Then the line was transferred to the 3 person who was unenthusiastic, rude, highly unprofessional. Hence I DO NOT recommended it.
