Most pathetic delivery service. They misplaced my prepaid package (or probably stole, who knows). They are so shameless, despite following up and yelling at them for such unprofessional service they seem to be least bothered. Its really shocking how they misplace only prepaid packages and not cash of delivery packages. You cant keep fooling customers like this. How is it possible that you only misplace pre paid packages.. This company is fraud. Their delivery person showed a fake acknowledgement with a fake signature. It was not even my signature. No one came to my building also the watchman confirmed. They submitted a forged document showing the parcel as delivered. They wont pick calls, nor reply to emails. The delivery person blocked my number as well. Since two months I am only listening to the same reply that my complaint had been escalated. Never seen such a shameless behaviour from any service provider. I followed up 100 times but of no use. You cant keep messing with your customers like this. I am definitely, soon taking a legal action against them before the consumer forum and also a separate one for fake signature updating delivery status.

Worst Experience.. Everyday I am getting messages that my parcel is out for Delivery.. but it never reaches me on that day. Even the contact details mentioned in the SMS is not valid as the number is never reachable. Pathetic Courier service ever. And even if we are available to collect the order..the tracking says Customer was not available. Thank God I opted for COD... atleast I didnt loose the money... but this courier service is Worst Worst and Worst.

I was about to recieve my pakage at estimated delivery date but did not recieve my product...delivery agent does not call or attempt to deliver but send message of not fulfil as COD amt not avaialble..tired of this xpressbees delivery agency....

I had ordererd a product on 9 sept and till date it is not delivered to me i tried to contact customer care and delivery boy but no response ...i am frustrated ....very pathetic service....

Never go for prepaid if u find this courier service. They keep on changing delivery dates.i am giving 1 star to proceed with review. If you r going with prepaid then opt for authorized retailers on Amzn or flipkart..as many sell duplicates. This time I bought a product directly from boat website ..but I dont know why boat chose this agency even after all those negative reviews! I did this coz last year I purchased a boat earphone ....when I got recently to customer care I found it to b a copy....it wud be better if boat opts for flipkart/amazon assured rather relying on cheap unworthy agencies like this

Pathetic service dont even feel like giving single star.. since 15 days we are following up for courier and the courier agency is giving daily fake delivery timelines.. They dont have the courtesy to attend calls even now. Please do not ever use this courier agency..

The worst ever shipping agent .. my ajio package was in transit since 16th july and had reached the expressbees mulund west on 21st and since that it is showing out for delivery but still it not delivered .. there is no response from anybody there
