Worst place. Not even let me sit on chair. Not at all experience of crowd management. All old people are made to stand in line. So much slow process for everything except the atm because it is a machine and not a human
Worst branch ever visited. Apparently I got an impression that Kalyan East staffs regardless of any bank are equally frustrated, hopeless and pathetic. They are sloppy and are not customer friendly at all. So if you want to test your tolerance, then do visit these banks.P.S: I also have an account in BoB which took me year to activate.
Worst branch, Dont apply for Home Loan from kalyan branch worst service. you need to wait for atleast 70-90 days to get sanction and rigorous follow-up required to get work done.
I experienced Excellent service in all department at par. Now digital platforms available to do all transactions so no need to visit branch, except in few cases. Staff is very co operative , branch is less crowded and ambience of branch is pleasant, so overall nice branch compared to other branches of SBI.Do some research about product you wanted to avail before entering into branch it will be convenient to both you and bank staff also.PS: System failure unavoidable, keep patience.
Yesterday I had a call for SBI bank employee to visit to murbard branch with two photo , pan card and aadhar card. I thought it is for kyc,But after visiting there I understand that it was for credit card .They had wasted my time.Please dont respond any call comes like this.

My father had a joint account with my mother in this bank and unfortunately he expired so we wanted to make changes in the account. This branch of sbi has been terrible while handing such matter. Insensitive and rude staff. We had to ask ourselves for all the possible changes, they failed to help.

One of the worst service seen in india. Only one counter. For 400-500person handling. On customer support. Ireogant staff. Non cooperative. No. Proper manner to talk to customer. Better to open an account with state bank india. Go to a private bank.
Absolutely 3rd Class service from this bank, recently the bank caught fire and still they have not renovated the bank, all the walls are burnt.Average time you spend on this bank is from 1 hour to 2 hours easily for even small things like submitting your KYC.PATHETIC SERVICE, Please dont open your account here.
The staff has now become more customer oriented and friendly. Even though there are minor issues the overall experience has improved.
It take 2 hours for simple updation of information like phone details. It is horrible the way they treat their customers.
