This place is located conveniently on Godbunder road & provides ample parking space. Its main shopping location would be Big Bazaar (used to be HyperCity) but it has a plethora of other shops including apparel, clothing shops & a food court. There is a sports arena & an artificial football turf. You also have a McDonalds drive-through; a Subway inside Big Bazaar as fast food options other than the food court. This spot is usually crowded especially on the weekends.

It is a big space and has a lot of products in display but products not correctly placed.Not correctly managed and staff here is really impolite. They do not value customers time at all.I think this can run in a much better way and they can serve the customer a bit more happily like their other branches.

One gets good quality of groceries and vegetables here. Also, they have good variety of clothes at reasonable price. However, customer service too slow and not up to the mark. Other problem is while you walk in or out of the store, the sales representatives from credit cards approach you and bombard you with offers.ita completely spoils your shopping experience.

I would say 3.5. As atleast one item from your cart will not get scanned and the representative will tell you that the product is not added in their system. So u cant buy it. This happens everytime. But no improvement. You can raise an issue or speak to the manager but nothing changes.

Should not have pay parking before it was good we use to come and park our car and do shopping, but now you have to purchase at least 1000rs to redeem Ur parking coupon, If management want extremely excellent business my advise is redeem parking coupon in purchase of 100rs, because its a mall when customer walks in for 100RS purchase they never purchase of 100RS.

Very poor hygiene in the vegetable section. I got surti kolam rice today to find it with worms while cooking. Will not be visiting it for groceries.

Worst customer service at big bazaar, hypercity nr decathlon . Non cooperative staff n manager. The express service queue is just for name sake.... They allow ppl with loads of stuff in the express queue n when we objected the staff continued his billing activity without even bothering to ask the customer to use the normal queue. Need not mention the customer too was arrogant enuf to apologize n use the other queue ... Seems like he regularly uses this queue. As if other customers are fools to stand in long queues. Totally disgusting.

One of the worst service. No customer centricity. Their staff work as if they are working in any government organisation.(I would say govt employees have started more efficiently now a days). Hyper city was far much better than biz bazar which replaces Hypercity in Kasarwadavali. In biz bazarr you will find people harrassing for selling of credit cards/food products etc. Try to avoid going on weekends. I waited for 30 minutes in express counter que as their system was not working properly. No management.

Wish i could give (-) rating for this particular store of Big-Bazaar after shopping the security guard at exit will open your shopping bags and confirm that the count of items will tally with your bill also as we were about to exit the alarm went on and we discover they have some special tags attached to some items that made ring the alarms although we had paid for these items when inquired about these this people will tell you the person who made your bill should have removed them and when asked why didnt he do so they will keep silence overall total waste of time and bad experience!

Not again!!! This is the 4th time I faced so much hassle at billing counter.. Normally I dont give negative review but this time I really dont want to hold myself..Today I wasted my 1 hour at billing counter due to lack of information shared by in-store employee and also guy at billing counter.There was offer on Lee Cooper tshirt buy garments for 3k and get tshirt at Rs 1. I double check 2 in-store employee they said yes..After spending 2 hours to select the required clothes story was different at billing counter...Oh my god not again.. This guys really bluff customer at billing counter..Pslease be careful at this store as well as at high street mall store .I took oath not to ever visit any bb store in future..If Bb is reading this message then save your business..
