This is Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Park is located in the HariOm Nagar, Thane, Its on the left side of the road after you paas Kopri Bridge (Thane) and next to previous Old Octroi Naka (Easter Express road going towards Mulund)..Facilities: Excellent Garden , Cricket Play Ground , Basket ball court, Volley Ball Court and Joggers Park + Play Area for kids and young ones.There is pay area for kids which are under 10 yearsThis is very big ground which also has Meditation section,There is also sitting area covered with shade for senior citizens..You can spent around 2-3 hours in the park..Lot of athletes and Training camps are being held here. At the end of the park there is Volleyball and Basketball Court.Good to visit for a walk during early morning to avoid rush...Car Parking is issue here since on both side roads cars are parked on the way to the Park. You can park vehicle wherever you get parking place some meters away from the park..Bike Parking is not an issue..
