Scam!Recently I had aperture blade issue with my nikon 35m 1.8g prime lens and as the official nikon service center I went to this place. They charged me rs 300 just to check the lens which was fine for me. Took almost 5 days to verify whats the problem. The person who was checking the lens said one of the part from the lens is damaged and will cost almost rs 4500 + additional service charges. I checked the lens, the aperture was perfectly in the place after his inspection but the movement bar (I dont know the exact word but it is small pin behind the camera which allows us to open and close the aperture ) was not moving at all.I was having some idea about the lens(thanks to youtube) so I refused to get it repaired and took the lens with me. I came to home and opened the lens with my tools(9 screws at the back side). Took off the plastic cover and ring and the adjusted the movement bar. Boom the lens is now perfect. It took me only 10 min to correct the position.I am 100 % sure that it was intensionally misplaced during the repair.

Good repair Center for Nikon. Mango/ Paragon showroom is very nearby to buy accessories in case the repair work is not possible. Fairly good range of Nikon cameras can be repaired here. Hardly any queue when I visited on a weekend. Location is a bit difficult to locate from main road

The experience is PATHETIC. I own Nikon D5100 and had problem with popping up of built in flash. I submitted it for servicing after paying inspection charge of 225 Rs and one day later received a call from them.I was told that the complete part has to be replaced and it will cost around 4051 Rs + tax + free servicing.I denied to get it replaced as I knew it is just a minor lock issue.I received another call on the same day, saying that the lock is broken and can be repaired in 2000 Rs + tax+ free servicing.I again denied as they were unable to justify the cost for repair.Third time, I received a call and was told that we can repair it in 1500 Rs + tax+ no servicing.I denied again and asked to give back the camera as it is.And then my doubt turned into reality and I received my camera with flash popping up properly. The issue with the camera was minimal which was fixed during inspection itself and they quoted 4051Rs for replacement.Please ensure that you dont get CHEATED.

This is most trusted Nikon service center they work is really good and good is always little expensive. But its a great place to take care of your Nikon equipments.

Its a fraud service center. 1 month back, I had given my Nikon D80 camera for servicing. I doubted it had fungus in lens or body. They inspected and charged Rs 300 for it. Then they said they will clean it thoroughly and most of the fungus will be gone but when i went to receive the camera, the camera was as it was before servicing. When i told this to technician, he smiled and said he has updated filmware. He knew he hasnt done anything good for my camera. And they charged Rs 400 for it. They had no expertise to open lens or camera body and clean it from inside. So please dont take your valuable camera to this fraud service centre and waste your money ! Will never visit again !!!

Closest and most accessible authorised service centre in Thane West. Usually not too crowded, but waiting time is a lot, and processing takes quite a while. Charges are expensive, but since theres no other option but to get the camera serviced, one has to pay the exorbitant rates.

Genuine service center. They repaired my camera in quick time. It would have been faster if they would have had spare parts ready.

Good service, but they dont have a photo copy machine. They will ask you to bring the photo copy from nearby shop. Otherwise service is good.

This service center is not a professional one. They clean the lens in very unprofessional way. I had given my 200-500mm F5.6 lens to remove some minor spots of fungus and they put some extra dust spots after the service. I had to send back the lens again and it was total waste of time. Wasted some 5k money on it too.

Rubbish nikon authorised service centre. They are exploiting the customers. First they quote me 5000+ rs.for small problem. Then again they called and quoted me 4000+ rs. So they this with all customers. I already read a similar review fir them

I had a problem.wirh my d7200 ...the LCD unluckily damaged I gave my camera for service fixed the LCD they later sd motherboard has to be replaced I agreed to it and they took almost 14 days to get my camera fully serviced and test ...the damages costed me 17000 now again in 2 days my camera is dead ....I. Not confident abt how this service centre operates and I dont trust this guys as for them they are a big rip offf I am repenting giving my camera to this service centre and I really dont know home many time I have to turn my camera in ....I am really stuck this is my bread and butter and these service centre guys are not qualified to do the job ...I really loosing my business bcoz of these guys .This is the most pathetic experience of my life and I am really frustrated .I regret giving my camera here at this service centre

Guyzzz please be aware, these ppl are here to loot you.I submitted my Nikon D5200 for repair.its mirror was dislodge due to mild impact while traveling and i was getting shutter error.While submitting camera i told them its slight dislodge could be fixed easily tht what i thought. But as usual they said it shiuld be inspected n they came up with estimate of ₹5000/- 😨 yes... saying some blah blah part needs to be replaced.i said no will show it to some other repair store, and surprisingly lady asked so what is ur budget🤑( what... so i need to bargen here as well)Thn they called again saying 5k was wrong estimate it was 2250 for part and 2800 labour charge eventually costing same... so i again denied d estimate.Thn thr was another estimate saying will work out with original part n u hv to pay only labour charges. Finally i said dont do anything just give me my camera back.Now they must have opened d camera for inspection and now they have to put it back to original damage stage which was not possible as there was no as such big problem so (thanks to operator atleast) who assembled all parts as expected and they hand it over to me and shutter was working perfectly fine now.So guyzz plz be sure tht what was ur problem n hw much it will cost u approx. do not blindly approve ur estimate coz these guyz are cheaters.

Cant repair my Coolpix P500. Useless if not repair their own model then what the use.

They send item to be repaired to andheri branch so if possible go there directly . Here it take around 20+ days to get your item back afer repair
