Very bad experienceHad good experience in the past. Have shopped number of times. Yesterday we had gone to buy wedding sarees and dresses. Throughout the discussions the staff mentioned of discount of 15 percent. We picked up 4 dresses and during the billing same staff member says the discount was only till previous day. On insisting he said the maximum discount would be 5 percent.THIS IS CLEAR CHEATING BY SUCH A BIG SHOP. SO NEXT TIME BE CAREFUL. I WILL NEVER VISIT THEM AGAIN.

I have purchased Jodhpuri clothing and gave for stitching in paneri Andheri by paying ₹ 18000/ which is not at all worth, and they have spoiled the stitching....Just wastage of money..not at all recommended.The cloth is very light and thin which is not at all worth..just wastage of money purchasing from here

Pathetic experience waste of money.We purchased jodhpur suit of 18k which was not worth at all.Very low quality and very disappointing.The cloth is very thin and light cloth and inspite of taking proper measurements they stitch in wrong way.18k is soo expensive and not at all worth.They have cheated of giving low quality and charging highly expensive.Not even a half star is recommended.

This place is best for Female/Ladies Saree shopping.I think This place is not only for Visit other product but also this is famous for Saree only.its Situated in Andheri West Railway station,Its near by Both Andheri Railway station and Andheri Metro Station,but only problem is car parking, because car parking is not available.

Had visited the Andheri branch 2 days back. Old stock. Gave the number to one of the sales person (Mr. Kirti)Kept calling even at 10pm to ask for update on buying. No professionalism and annoying bunch of people. I advise not to give your mobile number to the shop ppl.

Heard a lot about this shop before landing in India. Luxurious shop and you are well welcome. Well I wasnt disappointed but couldnt found what Im looking for at a reasonable price. They got good quality products and extremely good service and customer care. All depends on your taste, how much you can afford and if you like less crowded shop for your shopping.

Visited this place for the first time and i loved the staff. This guy had some great customer pleasing skills. He was very helpful and funny. The quality of the sari was also great and they had a lot of variety and range.Will definitely be visiting again in future.

BEST TO AVOID THIS SHOP. As soon as you enter the shop the smooth operating salesmen start showing you hundreds of pieces, all good quality and stylish garments. As soon as money changes hands and you go back saying the alteration was too loose or too tight, they do not want to know and do not fix the issues. After sales service is very poor. Had paid for 10 garments that they were supposed to make to my size and deliver to my hotel. Upon receiving all were altered wrongly and I have ended up with shopping worth Rs.70,000 that does not fit as it is too loose! The shop refused to adjust to my size when I went back saying it was not done as per my measurements. I tried on in the shop to point out that it was too big on me and they promised to adjust and deliver to hotel later. Unfortunately 2 days later I received the garments without any alteration done at all and they returned the same loose garments back without having had done anything at all.They really need to improve their customer care if they want to retain customers. I have seen various reviews about Paaneri making wrongly size garments from other shoppers too. There are plenty other goods shops in Andheri to shop from and be safe that you will not be cheated like Paaneri.

This is a very pricey shop. There are plenty reasonable shops in the area with better service. Paaneri is known to take money from customers then provide a 3rd class service. They alter garments wrongly and when your shopping is delivered to hotel nothing fits. When you take it back to say they have wrongly sized the clothes then this shop does not want to know because they have already been paid and they want to concentrate on other customers In the shop who are there to buy so this shop gets more money. Paaneri has become a big name by looting foreigners it seems.Terrible after sales service. Jignesh in Andheri branch is sweet talker who cons innocent customers.Who are these local guides writing about Paaneri? Are you guides employees of this shop or are you paid to advertise nice things about Paaneri? Stop this fake promoting!!!!!

I feel like I got roped off. Same language I saw at different store was 60% less I bough 7 because I didn’t had chance to price around I just Arrived from USA and I ask the TAJ Hotel taxi driver to take me to Sari and Lengha store I even gave him name of one store but the taxi driver said no let me take you to this store it’s inexpensive and good quality it was neither I also think taxi driver got Commission for taking people there and the store took advantage of me being from USA. The sales person there are very aggressive Rip off!!!

Very friendly staff. Not stuffy or rude. Genuinely want you to enjoy the experience. Most of the sarees I bought ranged between 5500 rupees to 6500 rupees. They are sales people so you will need to be clear about what you want, style colours etc

I shall Never reccommend Paneri , very Bad experience.They try to Fool and Cheat Customers . I purchased two dresses which were given for alteration, but i was asked to pay before alteration was done, and when i went to Pick up i was schocked and that NO ALTERATION as per spoken and ordered was done, instead i was now told that this piece cannot be altered, so natrually i wanted my money back which was now bluntly refused.I did not get my money nor could i have my selected dress and the staff and Manager were very rude. PANERI? Never ever.........

There were some really great clothes, however the prices were very steep. The saree prices start at 6000 rupees. Most are around 9000.

It used to be a great one stop store for sarees and bangles. My aunt had been a loyal customer for years. She would make it a point to go there everytime she came from US. This year we visited and she was disappointed. The designs were okayish, materials were cheap and everything was overpriced including the bangles!Not worth going to..

Lazy ass staff who dont want to show you anything, if you dont want to remove pieces and show them to customers then just go the mall style open display, how would you expect someone to like something if you dont even show them anything, I was so pissed today that I want to complain to the managers when I was leaving but I dint! In mumbai that was era when name panneri was enough.on cable tv everyone must have seen panneri advertisement. But now a days so many shops with good collection came into picture. Panneri shop at andheri and dadar is famous though somewhere you feel they are overpriced. In same range you will get good silk sarees of other brands.

Collections of dresses is nice but pricey and no discounts on single or on many purchase.... there will b discount only in rainy seasons...

Excellent shop with an amazing sales staff. They have a huge selection of clothing for all ages and styles. We ended up buying alot more than initially planned, mainly because we felt comfortable with the sales team and found alot of interesting and unique pieces.

Really bad experience. 3rd grade quality of clothing and service and high price. Ill advise you not to visit this place.
