Very slow service..was standing in line for about 1 hour just to buy 1 packet of Agarbatti..very disappointed and will never refer anyone to buy from this store. No covid-19 protocol following.

Don’t fall into the trap of them selling all Ganesh festival products for ₹999 with a free bag . It is sealed and come back home to see that it has 99% agarbatti packets of different brands . 2 packets of diya bati worth 10₹each . Also the dhoop cups if broken , u again need to go to the shop for replacement . I brought everything required for Ganesh festival in ₹400 . The person giving the token was so rude and showing attitude on people .I would never recommend anyone to go to the shop . No covid protocols followed and people standing in long queues .

One of the Best Shop in Thane for buying pooja Agarbatti, Dhup and other materials.Normally crowded during festival season such as Ganpati, Navratri etc.Very quality products with wide range of varities.

Very rude behaviour by the manager and gate keepers . They consider the buyers as beggers.. I suppose the owner does not sit there or they think they are invincible

I have ordered from Acharya on 3rd May... They provided that the order will b e delivered from 4 to 5 days from the date of order.. After 5 days we contact their customer care number. The name of the employee was Omkar from bhiwandi office. And the guy on call was so rude with me. He was so manners less. Dont even know how to speak with a customer. He misguided me first and when I ask for the senior manager or owners number then he said { तूच शोधून घे मालकाचा नंबर मी तुझ्या बापाचा नोकर नाही , आणि तुला माझी काय उपटायची उपट, मी नाही घाबरत मालकाला, आणि तुझा नंबर मी ब्लॉक करतोय , जा कर काय करायचे ते } is that the way to talk to the old and loyal customer of yours ???Requesting to take an immediate action ...And the most important point is my order is not delivered yet. Now its 11 this may.....

Heave price. Price are not campare about quality. Almost low quality, some one only best.

I have to agree with Negative ratings about Thane Branch.I am so disappointed after visiting their Thane branchas their staff sucks. Low on energy. On Contrary I had pleasant experience in Matunga Branch. Matunga Branch staff proactively offers different samples to their consumers however Thane Branch staff feels like they dont even care about customers & you have to ask everything.Please learn something from Matunga Branch!!

I can see this is Thane branch issue Matunga can manage any situation. Kindly improve your service the days are gone only on product you will survive. Service is very important hope you will understand and agree!No call from Acharya to check what is customer problemTill today not a single call from Acharya neither on line responce very bad! 22nd September 2019
