Very good Covid precautions in place. However, despite venturing into a Mall and a retail store for the first time in over 19 - 20 months, did not find the collection too appealing.Also the prices seemed too be very jacked up compared to pre-Covid.

I really like this store for many reasons. The quality of the products is good, they have many promotional events all year round (which means a lot of discounts), there are many brands available here so a lot to choose from. The staff also helps you a lot to make a good decision. When I went there, you werent able to try out the clothes, so be aware of that. Overall a nice place.

Food stalls are also available. Kids car is available. Great discounts are also available. Staff is behaving politely. Dedicated sections for mens, womens, kids also subsections in them as traditionals, sports, athleisures clothings and footwears, etc. Must try fashion brand outlet. Various popular brands are even available like Peter England, Van Heusen, Bare, Byford, Louis Phillippe, etc. Quite a large billing desk with more than 6 counters to cope with crowdy times during festive seasons. Could have rated 5 stars if more offers and discounts were applicable. Moderately priced outlet.

Pantaloons is my go to place, but this store bit not organised, staff does not have clear idea for exchange, for billing big que we waited for 1 hour and so , being member did not had any discount strange part so will give 2 star based on recent experience

Pantaloons, its my favourite store for shopping for myself as well as family.I love Pantaloons because it has colorful collection which changes according to festivals and seasons.It has widest range of products with affordable price.In men section it has all branded cloths available. In women section it has all brands with traditional as well as western cloths in huge variety available. Kids section is nice.My recommendation is to buy traditional as well as western cloths according to season and festival from Pantaloons.

I am a huge fan of this Pantaloons brand and this branch at Viviana.Wide variety of clothes of different brands under one roof.Good quality products.for office wear Anabelle is my favourite.Rangamanch is affordable and good for kurta and tops. Honey, Biba, AND, Vero Moda and many brands are available.Currently in covid you can go with your bags no need to keep bags at counter.

Crazy slashed prices on Xmas sale going on. Must visit during sale time to get basics at a slashed price. Though they dont have much interesting collection nowadays even during off sale season. Bought basics at a much cheaper rate than the usual + quality was good.

A very good outlet to buy apparel, shoes and other accessories... They offer good discount and offers during holiday seasons... The place was well sanitized and ensured we wore masks full-time. The staff was quite co-operative and friendly. Overall a great experience 👍👍

Good variety of products but you have to make sure for choosing product because now a days they are mixing up non offer product in offer /sale section product and most of us not checking the same and billing it. Please ask at billing counter to give you explanation on each product discount price. I faced the same thing today and luckily escaped from this trap.Overall billing process is also very slow.

I just love shopping from pantaloons. Everything is so amazing and reasonable. They have a great collection right from formals to party wear or just any everyday wear outfit, you can find anything here. Even for gym clothes its adequate. The everyday tees are so comfy and of good quality i always buy casual tees from here. Good place to shop.

My love for pantaloons is kinda decreasing a lil as the years are passing by. I would say no attention to mens fashion at all. The same old collection in different colours. Nothing new at all. I dont feel the same joy or excitement I used to before.

Pantaloons store within Viviana mall, Thane, has undoubtedly great collection of clothes from Indian to Western wears. Only thing is I feel they are little over priced. But we can definitely get awesome clothes at a cheaper rate during seasonal sales. Quality of the products are really good. I would prefer buying Western clothes and formal clothes over indian ones. Overall experience was delightful.

Excellent store for traditional wear especially for girls.They have some beautiful designs with kurti. They have good jeans for boys with almost every reputed brands with some exception. Best part is they refresh their patterns and fashions almost every month. Just give it a try with this branch, not sure about others.

Best place to get the combination of modernized and fresh trendy clothes as well as a hub for traditional clothes... Really loved the visit... And the best part is it just took 35 minutes to get done with the billing... Cz the staff was so helpful in each section... No long waiting out ofChanging room....

It has wide variety of clothes and brands. The gown in the picture is from Latin Quarters brand which is available at pantaloons. Amazing quality, latest designs. The discounts are good during the sale period. The only problem is even if you purchase items worth 5k, they dont give u free carry bag, even though the bags are made of paper.

I like the store not for the products but for the positive attitude of the sales girl (dont know her name but she had hurt her foot). She ensured that she took me through all the options in the imitation jewellery that was on display as well as helped me pick up something really neat in under 10 minutes and followed up with the wrapping. Standing throughout the shift is not easy and with a wounded foot is unbelievable..The smallest service gestures go a long way as they help a customer smile.Thank you Pantaloons - Viviana Mall

5 star for excellent customer services! The baggage counter person accidentally misplaced my food parcel which was kept along with my 4-5 other bags when I went shopping there. I reached home after shopping, realized its missing. I called to check and confirmed. Had a great shopping experience there was a great sale going on 50-70% off on each and every products, great products at great prices, this sale happens twice a year.There was issue with size the clothes which I like but couldnt get it in my size, that was a sad thing, but overall experience was good, still did lots of shopping.

Store as I had given review before they have optimum space they have proper Manforce but sometimes I feel they run Outta stock or they have not updated stock..I was for around n hour or two there but just bought two tshirts as they didnt had more as in options..
